Your job is to identify the problems of people and find a Solution to it

As an entrepreneur, your job is not to create problems for people.
Your job is to identify the problems of people and find a solution to it.

Listen to every conversation, on social media, forums, meetings, blog comments, etcetera. Pay attention to their questions, frustrations, complains, desires, goals, fears and dreams. It is from these emotions that you build products and services from.
And when your sales copy contains the exact word these people use to vent their frustrations, you have won 90% of their attention.

The other 10% would be determined by the benefits, urgency, pricy and other things that make people buy from you.

So, you shouldn't spend time thinking about what niche to focus on. You shouldn't be thinking niche. You should be thinking problems and solutions.

Whether you want to start a blog, a business, a podcast, a company or whatever. Let it be based on people's problems and desires.
People do not care about your high sounding title. What they care about is, how does your title help them as an individual or business owner.

Let's do a quick exercise.

In the comment section below, tell us
1. Who are you helping? (target audience)
2. What are you helping them with? (Unique solution)
