Never, never give up!

When things go wrong as they sometimes will; when the road you are trudging seems like an uphill task; when the funds are low and the debts are high, and You want to smile, but have to sigh; when cares are pressing you down a bit, rest if you must, but never give up!

Success is failure turned inside out. The silver tint of the clouds of doubt, and You never can tell how close you are. It may be near when it seems far!
So stick to the fight when you are hardest hit! Problems are only opportunities in work clothes! Impossibilities vanish when a man, his God confront a mountain! The best way out of a difficult is through it. Until you go through, you can't break through! So hold on!

Defeat never comes to any man until he admits it! Never forget that great men who have lighted the world to higher levels were not developed in easy circumstances, but were rocked in the cradle of difficulties and pillowed in hardship.

So as the year ends with certain unfulfilled desires, hold on firmly to your God because with God all things are possible. A miracle will still happen! Never, never give up! Hold on and hold out! Yes! A miracle will still happen.

The Foundation is Important, Yes; so is the roofing too. Beautiful childhood memories I have, maybe the most beautiful ever told (at least that was the one I witnessed, don't know of any other). God bless our parents who wore us lovely clothes and took us to church, - to children ministry which was so much fun. Virtually everything was composed into song; Bible study, Memory verses, etcetera. There would always be rhyme and rhythm, melody and harmony. We would dance, sing on top of our voices, laugh so hard and feel all excited! I remember kingdom dance, we usually were the front liners shaking our entire being in our beautiful attires, panty hose and the rest. You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. This said exam is aimed at segregating the class into:- Sciences, Commercials and Arts; as the students transit to Senior Secondary School level. Those that score well above average are moved to sciences. The school management naturally assumes this category to be the most intelligent of the bunch and they surreptitiously bestow upon them the responsibility to become the future Medical doctors and Engineers. Those whose scores were average are moved to commercials because they are terms as those whose brains lack the capacity to comprehend Physics, Chemistry and Biology. I started out from the bottom and I was never meant to rise. My father strolled out on me before I was even born and my mother did same when I was 11! At that age, I was given to a stranger who took me on a journey that was supposed to be my last which eventually became my first. We travelled by road and after two days, we got to Tudu park in Accra. He gave me 11600 cedis and asked me to wait for him to return but he never did. I was left stranded in a strange land with a strange tongue I could neither speak nor understand. With nothing but 11600 cedis, Primary Three education and a choice to either die or live, I was set loose into the Arena. But for me not to die like a coward, I chose to fight. I wish I married Him! I have met some people who thought they really made a mistake rejecting a poor guy for an already made person only for things to turn around for both persons later on. I also see others who thank God for not marrying a rich person but an ambitious normal guy and things later turned for good... I also see others who curse themselves for marrying a poor guy believing things will turn and things got even worse. What these group of people don't realize is that marriage is "bring your own, make I bring my own". Hi Reader! Hope you're doing good? I was checking up on happiness and how it relates to the body and brain, chemically. I found some interesting stuffs that I'll love to share. There are four chemical substances that are related to happiness in the body: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins (DOSE). There could be more than four but these four are major. My interest today is on Dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which influences "reward-motivated behavior " in relation to happiness.
