I am skinny and I don't like cold. My lips quiver, my speech seizes, my nose shoots out mucus with every sneeze and I think my metabolism stops too, except my kidneys. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. So because I post on Facebook daily, friends and family assume that I'm one multimillion dollar ultra successful entrepreneur (which I am anyways). We all know how to use the remote control to change the channels on the TV. If we see something we don’t like, no big deal, we just change the channel. I know I do that a lot. I always say to myself that, “my eyes will see no evil”. We need to learn how to mentally change channels when negative images of the past pop up in our minds unexpectedly. You have to let go of the past and stop feeling sorry for yourself. You can’t do anything about what’s happened to you, but you can choose how you will face what’s in front of you. Create a new TV channel for your mind. Now program this channel with positive memories to replace the ones you are leaving behind. Be sure to delete "past failure" and trust God for a renewing of mind and a better future.
