Blindness is lacking all consciousness or awareness. Inability to perceive and lacking the sense of sight.

Marriage is beautiful if You marry right! The person you decide to marry is a reflection of your wisdom and deep knowledge at the time you married the person.

You need to be alert when it comes to any type of relationship including Marriage. Prov 13:20 – He that walks with the wise shall become wise but a companion of fools shall be destroyed. So He that goes beyond just walking with the wise to marry the wise, communes, interacts, walks and negotiate and starts a family with the wise is really wise.

Now how about he who decides not to only stay in the companion of a foolish person but moves to the level of marriage? It is a serious issue! Your relationship will determine the experiences of your life including marital relationship.

You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. He picked up his pen and started writing: • Last year, I had a surgery and my gallbladder was removed. I have seen lots of articles with the quote: "If you don't follow your dreams, you'll end up working for someone who did", but there is something about this statement I don't agree with... Our present society is a mixture of different persons of different family values. That's one of the major reasons why people have different understanding of an issue or situation. One from a family with high personal and moral values may not agree with the other who has his or her own values, and who feels they are justified and right. Hi Reader! Hope you're doing good? I was checking up on happiness and how it relates to the body and brain, chemically. I found some interesting stuffs that I'll love to share. There are four chemical substances that are related to happiness in the body: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins (DOSE). There could be more than four but these four are major. My interest today is on Dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which influences "reward-motivated behavior " in relation to happiness. By reward-motivated behavior, it is responsible for the excitement one feels when there's a task to be done with a reward attached. This reward can be a goal to be attained or landmark to be set.
