Dear somebody, stay in your lane.

The reason God blessed You with that talent is because only you can be best at it. That unique thing you do with your talent is what makes the difference in whatever field you find yourself.

Whitney Houston and Toni Braxton are singers but are different in sound. They are both amazing singers but with difference. They are not intimidated nor jealous of each other, rather they make magic.

You can prosper well in whatever field you are in as long as you add that special God given flavor to your talent.
Don't change, switch or try to be another thing you are not.

God loves colour so he made us with different colours so that we can come together and become a rainbow.

If you ain't in your lane, you are going off balance.

The Foundation is Important, Yes; so is the roofing too. Beautiful childhood memories I have, maybe the most beautiful ever told (at least that was the one I witnessed, don't know of any other). God bless our parents who wore us lovely clothes and took us to church, - to children ministry which was so much fun. A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. I grew up in a home without a TV, but each time we had to visit our family who lived in the heart of Lagos, I'd get stuck on it like a media-starved kid consuming as much content as was available. Even as a child, Christ Embassy's 'Atmosphere for Miracles' was something for me. It was like a church minted only in the utopian circles of my dream. The lights, the lectern, the language all struck me in awe. Everything felt dramatic – those who felt the power of God wept or fell beneath the touch of a man with crisp yellow hands, spotless white suit and a fluent and flawless grammar!
