Money Management 101

This is what I taught my employees today (on the day this was written).

As it's my usual practice (because I don't want them to be employees forever), I taught my employees something very important as regard wealth creation today.

I told them about a man who laughed at me because I'm using small phones. I told one of them – look at the phone I'm using, (talking about my personal phone). Since you've been here with me, did you ever see me with any expensive clothes or shoes? The reason is because I am an entrepreneur (at the wealth creation stage).

When you see someone who is spending lavishly, I taught them; be sure he doesn't make money.

People who steal or inherit money blow it anyhow. The next to them are people who work for money (the employees). This is unfortunate (but very true). Most employees work extremely hard for money and lavishly spend those hard earned papers to make entrepreneurs richer.
They are poor but want to look rich, latest phones, nicer shoes, better clothes, new TV set. The more of these you buy at the wealth creation stage, the poorer you'll become tomorrow.

Pay yourself first.

Save money for future business ideas or investment. If you have a small or growing business, don't buy latest anything. I have made more money in the last one year than 90% of my mates, yet I'm still using a two year old Huawei phone, moderate clothes and shoes.

You can use gold to impress others when your assets buy them. Don't buy stuffs from your earnings to look rich.

Get rich before you will look rich.
