A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. This part focuses on diet and eye health. Good eye health requires the consumption of nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, lutein, zeaxanthin, zinc, beta-carotene, vitamins A, C and E, etcetera. Deficiency of these nutrients contributes to poor eye health Food sources that are positive for eye health include; - Green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale and others - Fruits like citruses and berries (oranges, etcetera). Getting into marriage without planning and discussing your expectations about the marriage is like flagging down a taxi and not knowing why or where you want it to take you. I'm I going to work after marriage or be a full time house wife?, how many kids?, yes to family planning or not?, whose in charge of what?, sleep in different bedrooms or same bedroom?, etcetera. I once encountered a married lady who after marriage was taking contraceptives without her husbands knowledge because she didn't want kids immediately, while he wanted kids. I asked her, "what exactly did you guys discuss during courtship? You mean to tell me that you guys didn't discuss children and when to start having them?". She couldn't answer me. Passing by a church over the weekend, my thoughts revolved about a noticeable trend that have stayed in Nigeria, I believe for about a decade or so. You must have observed same. Churches in recent years now use Religious broadcasting (which is broadcasting by religious organizations, usually with a religious message) to conduct LIVE services. So, a head quarter church in any part of the country can easily broadcast to any of their satellite churches, and you see people in this satellite churches agreeing and seeing visible results. Several years ago, people will never try that. They will wonder why you should be looking at somebody in a box, and be dancing, singing and even believe same for miracles. What foolishness?
