Some people are afraid to hope because they have been hurt so much in life. They have had so many disappointments, they don't think they can face the pain of another one. Therefore, they refuse to hope so they won't be disappointed. This avoidance of hope is a type of protection against being hurt. Disappointment hurts! So rather than be hurt again, many people simply refuse to hope or to believe that anything good will ever happen to them. This type of behavior sets up a negative lifestyle. Everyone's trying to be truly happy, and everyone surely deserves that, because there's no life without happiness. But a lot of persons are much unhappy inside than they seem to be. The session was on Olajumoke Adenowo. ---------- (Diligent Amaka speaking) Olajumoke Olufunmilola Adenowo (born in 1968) is an award-winning Nigerian architect, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, as well as a speaker, radio host, and author. She is the founder of the boutique architecture and interior design firm AD Consultin, based in Lagos, Nigeria. CNN described her as "Africa's Starchitect" and The Guardian (Nigeria) has described her as "the face of Architecture in Nigeria. Adenowo has several philanthropic ventures. In 1999, she founded the Awesome Treasures Foundation (ATF), a faith-based NGO in Lagos, Nigeria. I was on one of my favorite spots reading with my phone, when two young ladies, one in bum shorts (I hate when ladies wear this outside) just showcasing themselves in front of me. I lifted my head and looked, then smiled and shook my head as if I didn't see anything. I continued my reading. After plenty effort to gain my attention, by one of them, they advised themselves. It is true that you achieve what you put your mind to. January 27 2017, I was seated in the office to have my final interview. I have read lots of interview questions and answers online before then like I was going to get a 10 million naira job. Staying without job for a year was the lowest point of my life. "Each time we are through having sex, I take some concoctions to flush my system and my Husband isn't aware. He wants kids, I don't." Chanced upon a woman some years back, we got talking and she hinted me on the fact that she didn't want to have any kids in the mean time. I replied her that it's not a problem since her husband was privy and had made that arrangement along with her. Happiness and You (Oxytocin)

Oxytocin is one of the major four chemical substances (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, Endorphins, - DOSE) in the body that is related to happiness. One may have thought that Oxytocin is only involved in pregnancy and breastfeeding, but it really has much contribution to happiness.  Oxytocin is a hormone and neurotransmitter that is present in both males and females. It has been dubbed names such as "Love hormone", "Love and Trust hormone", "Cuddle hormone", and " Social bonding hormone".  It's a social bonding hormone that supports love, trust and attachment between individuals, decreases fear and anxiety, increases pain threshold (makes it harder to feel pain), and promotes growth and healing.
