But if you haven't, it's worth checking out. You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. It is toxic to the liver especially in those who consume large amount of sugar (the human body is not meant to consume so much fructose). Also, sugar is ADDICTIVE due to fructose. Free from what fought me mentally... I love this line by Kierra Sheard. Some of the battles we fight are not spiritual but mental. Even the devil knows that he has no access to your Spirit courtesy of salvation but still compensates himself in the mental realm. For one to operate fully at creations installed capacity, there is need for a marriage between the physical, spiritual and mental part of being. Knowing this, the devil is happy in causing a distortion in the flow and blending of these impulses. The greatest form of deliverance is not casting out a demon from a man, but loading him with knowledge. And you shall know the truth and it will make you free. I stand in my office and I decree freedom from every mental oppression, every force that prevents you from thinking at installed capacity, that prevents you from utilizing your mind to continue the process of creation, I command them to stop their activities in the name of Jesus Christ. Ikejiofor Izuchukwu Fear is a very essential component of living. It's a tool that's guides our lives and helps prevent tears. It's pretty normal to have fear; the fear of tomorrow. For a student; the fear of what happens when you graduate, the fear of failure, the fear of success, the fear of all. The impact of the fear could build a soul or kill it. The problem is not the fear. Everyone has the fear (the prettiest, the wealthiest, the most intelligent and the most spiritual). The problem is how you channel the fear. Do you let the fear of failure stop you from starting, or push you for better? It's quite not feasible to see people who "fear not." Those who make it are those who use the fear as a propelling force for better yield. Are you afraid you will fail? We all are. Let that push you not to fail. And if you fail at something, after you do so, let the fear push you not to fail again! Fear is a good thing. Use it properly.

Sir James Dyson is a British inventor, industrial designer and the founder of Dyson company. He's presently 70 years old (born in 1947). He was involved in some inventions including the sea truck in 1970, the Ballbarrow (his first original invention) and the Wheelboat, which can travel on both land and water. James Dyson is best know for inventing the Dual Cyclone bagless vacuum cleaner, the world's first bagless vacuum cleaner.
