Show Love by your Words and Actions

It's easy to say we are loving when everything seems otherwise okay. But the depth of our love for others becomes tested when the conditions around us does not warrant our loving them at all. Showing love here is really difficult and very straining.

If you can still love when you're hurt, betrayed, angered, irritated or falsely accused by others, then we can know that you truly love.

So let's stop professing love to people like it's really deep in us. Let's show it by our words and actions in times when we're tempted to hate them. Only God can help us truly love people.

A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. I and a friend discussed about this today, and he disagreed wholly, until I showed him the Word. I once used to pray like this whenever we were to go into an 'anointing service.' “We invite the Holy Spirit into this place.” “The Holy Spirit really showed up this morning!” If you have been a Christian for any amount of time, you have no doubt heard these expressions. In fact, you have probably said at least one of them yourself. I know I have! Many believers today often open up church services or worship meetings with prayers like “come, Holy Spirit!” Yet I suspect these prayers may not need to be prayed. I'm not yet a Father or a Parent, but I'll love to drop this note to all Parents... Give your children the life that no any other man or woman, be it Sugar daddies or Sugar mummies or boyfriend can give to them. Carry them in your expensive cars if affordable by You, such that they won't need to hop-in in the name of lift. Give them the attention that they won't need to crave for. You parents get too busy with church and work to the detriment of your children's attention. Take them through the pleasure; let them go for holidays, if affordable by you as a Parent. Let them use the Business class, sit in the First class – their first time shouldn't be because of a boyfriend or Sugar daddy. Tell them every time how much you love them and it won't tickle their fancies the first time any man tells them that.
