You can't roll with chicken and expect to fly like a eagle.
You can't be a chicken and expect to roam with eagles.

In all you do, seek constant improvement and never blackmail yourself emotionally to stay with people who don't have your kind of vision.

We only have one life to live and the only way to influence what people will say after we are gone is to live a life in sync with expectations.

Life is too short to be limited.

A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. Before that, I'll share some points about earthworms: - They are in the lumbricus genus, there are various species of earthworms, but the common earthworm's scientific name is lumbricus terrestris - Their digestive system runs through the length of their skin - Earthworms respire through their skin - They are hermaphrodites (each one carries both male and female sex organs) - They lack either an internal skeleton or exoskeleton , but maintain their structure with fluid-filled coelom chambers that function as a hydrostatic skeleton. Its been an interesting week in the world of football. For the past few days, and many days to come, the world will be talking about Neymar Jr. Photo Credit: metro.co.uk 25 years old Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior became the world most expensive football player after Paris Saint-Germain made a payment of €222 million (about £200 million) to Barcelona, which is the value of the release clause in Neymar's contract. The deal was completed on Thursday, August 3, and would keep him at PSG till 2022. Many thought it was all rumours till it became official. The deal makes Neymar Jr the second highest paid player in the world (£515,000-per-week) after Carlos Tevez (Shanghai Shenua, £615,000-per-week). Neymar takes the number 10 Jersey, which was handed over to him by Javier Pastore. Neymar would definitely do great in PSG. Let's hope he wins the champions league with them and the balon d'or soon. This is one of the best shortest books I've read so far. It's so short (about 41 pages) that one could finish it within a couple of hours. But every page of it; almost every paragraph of it has an inspiring bomb! It's a book one could go through every morning if possible, or maybe at the beginning of the week. It's cool! Think like a Champion was written by America's 45th and current president, Donald Trump. Donald is a successful businessman and television personality, and he shares so much successful tips that's helpful to everyone who wants success and wants to stay successful. Today, I'll share few of what I learnt from this inspiring book by Norman Vincent Peale. It's an amazing and inspiring book, which I feel a lot of persons have read. But if you haven't, it's worth checking out. It's amazing to know that Peale's book is still inspiring lives long after written, and after he's gone (Peale died in 1993 at the age of 95 years). • Nothing is inherently powerful. But WE are powerful, and we can give strength and power to whatever we choose to give such to. One's mind gives strength and power to circumstances, things, situations. And the more one's mind focus on something, it gives greater strength and power to such thing. Jeff Keller's Attitude is Everything, is another great book to read. Before I read this book, I thought it's going to be all about attitude (a person's behaviour, character as I understood it). It is all about attitude anyway, but a broader scope of it, one that I hadn't imagined and understood till I read the book. There's so much to learn, know, gain, from reading books. People who don't read books, or who hate reading are kinda dead in knowledge and such death most times reflects in their attitudes, which is a product of the vacuum in their mindsets.
