It is important if you want to be a strong woman who is respected by the man in her life, that you keep yourself busy. By busy, I mean in school or working on your career. I’m not referring to hanging out on the corner with your friends all day. I’m not referring to going to a club every other night.

Nothing turns a man on, more than a woman with a life of her own - a woman who has goals and dreams; a woman with a nice career.

Don’t you like a man with these attributes? Men like it even more!!

Some years back, things were so difficult for my parents and us. It was the most difficult part of our lives. Then my dad lost entirely all his businesses. It was hard on him. Everything was gone. My mum had a clothing business she was doing. Everything was on her. Every responsibility was on her. She had entirely no choice but to carry this two-in-one cross herself. So there are a lot of myths, facts, and opinions out there about happiness. My intention, however, is not to support or discredit any one of them you may have come in contact with before. While it is true that happiness is relative, it is also true that personal happiness is what you make of life. Many people in the world today have different goals and ambitions. There is something which is nonetheless common to almost all of us and that is personal happiness. I have learnt that it is impossible to control the happenings around us but what we can control is our disposition towards these happenings. The major mistake a person can commit is to expect that life will always go as planned or as expected. To be vulnerable is to be exposed to the possibility of being attacked or harmed either physically or emotionally. One way or another, we all have felt that way and while we are in that state, we are in desperate need of a saviour. But do we really know who to run to, where to go and how to ask for help? Different thoughts comes to mind. We humans, to an extent do not want to be perceived as weak. But if You don't show that weakness, how will you get in contact with the person that has answers to what you need?. If you don't ask the right questions how will you get the right answers? Hi Reader! Hope you're doing good? I was checking up on happiness and how it relates to the body and brain, chemically. I found some interesting stuffs that I'll love to share. There are four chemical substances that are related to happiness in the body: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins (DOSE). There could be more than four but these four are major. My interest today is on Dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which influences "reward-motivated behavior " in relation to happiness.
