• I learnt how to play the keyboard the wrong way. I loved short cuts so I boycott all the fingering trainings and exercises because I wanted to play fast. Of course, I did play fast but I have not progressed much because I didn't allow process to take its course. Any process you deliberately ignore will laugh at you in your face. Process, though may be slow, gives lasting advantage.

• It is more useful to speak the truth before a legal conviction than after. Of what impact is the truth when it comes ill-timed.

• When the voice of the hopeless is neglected long enough, the voice of the hopeless may become the voice of the people.

• We may have mastered the taming of our eyes and mouths from evil, but there is one powerful doorway to our spirit we neglect - our ears. Block listening to negativity with all you have. Faith comes by hearing, so does fear and defeat.

You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. It is toxic to the liver especially in those who consume large amount of sugar (the human body is not meant to consume so much fructose). Also, sugar is ADDICTIVE due to fructose. I hear people saying, and postulating that our Ladies have nothing to offer in relationships, and that apart from sex, eighty percent or thereabout of ladies have nothing else to contribute to relationships. How they arrived at such statistics, I know not. Who did the research, the number of ladies they sampled, and the research method employed, till date - the mystery remains unexplained. To me, this may be an issue of generalization and a case of a few bad eggs. Then again, I may be wrong oh, and it may be a case of a few good eggs and that of ''to every rumor there is an element of truth''.
