I Pulled The trigger and Shot Him Twice

Yes, I murdered him in cold blood!!
Then I looked back and saw him still walking, still following me, then I decided to rip him apart and buried him thinking he would stop following, but he never did.
He got up from mother earth and kept moving at my back........
I was becoming uneasy and frightened, so I decided not to look back anymore....
He was still following me, but I never looked back!!!....
Then, I never saw him again....!!!

That's how the Past acts. It will always be there as long as you look back at it......
But when u begin to look straight at the future, You wouldn't have to border about it anymore. It vanishes without you even noticing.

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. Some years back, things were so difficult for my parents and us. It was the most difficult part of our lives. Then my dad lost entirely all his businesses. It was hard on him. Everything was gone.
