Marry a Person You can Carry, and that can Carry You as well (Financially, Spiritually, Mentally, Socially, etcetera), so that when you're down, all won't be lost. If You do all the Carrying alone, all the time, it's as good as a prescription for an early grave.

Marriage is give and give (on both sides). Everyone should have or be willing to acquire the capacity to give!
Both parties should be willing and able to inspire each other and bring out the best in each other!

If you marry the wrong size and match, you'll feel the pains constantly, and will be greatly tempted to pull off the shoe or change the shoe entirely.

A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. I read this book about four years ago, and it was a big turning point for me. Much was learnt, I'll share few of them today. You should check it out. The lessons: Death begins when one stops learning, and ageing starts from one's mind, not one's body. One remains young as far as he or she keeps learning; One starts crashing once he or she stops pushing. One's ability to excel mentally is paralyzed once one stops trying and accepts that the results obtained is the best he or she can attain; One's life becomes a burden when one's life is void of progress. And when one's brain isn't working towards anything, it becomes a weight on the body. The brain is motivated when it sees something ahead, something to work towards for; One's success does not demand prayer and fasting, as much as engaging one's senses positively. Principle versus Formula

Productivity is better than Activity and Principle is better than formula. Principles will birth productivity whereas Formulas will only produce activity. For example, It is possible to sleep four hours a day and achieve significantly less than someone who sleeps eight hours a day, while claiming anybody that sleeps above four hours is lazy. When it comes to success, there might be principles but not formulas (I mean mindless copying). Some people just copy too much, not seeing that a lot of factors are involved. The most important thing is to learn the principles and tailor it to your unique situation. Make your work time count. I remember students back in school who claimed to be reading all night (and they were) but had little or nothing to show in their result and there were others who never went through that stress and made straight A's. When you meet Dangote today or someone who can take you to the next level, what would you ask from him? How would you play and how would you beg? The worst thing you can ask from wealthy people or those in position of authority is money, because they wouldn't give you enough if they even give you at all. That doesn't mean that they are wicked people who don't like to give or help, it is because they are wealthy not rich, so they don't have much to give you. If you are "cash happy", you are said to be rich. If you are "asset happy", you are said to be wealthy. IPad, Android Phones Versus Bible

Yesterday (on the day this was written), I watched Pastor Chris Oyakilome live as he preached. He used his iPad to read out scriptures. Later in the day, I saw a post on Instagram, and one guy like that insulted Pastor Chris for using iPad, instead of his Bible. I laughed at the man's ignorance. I remember an Uncle of mine was invited to a Church. He went there with his iPad, and someone asked him: "Sir, where is your Bible?” He showed him his 10.1 inches Pad. “But Sir,” he said, “This is not a Bible, this is iPad, you need to carry your Bible. You're not a good preacher, if you don't preach with your Bible," one of the pastors said. Now this is my point: Before the advent of printing press, the scriptures were originally written on a scroll! The ten commandments were written on a stone! Not on a Book called “Holy Book”. Keeping one's heart healthy involves one ensuring that the heart and the blood vessels that supplies blood and oxygen to (/away) from one's heart are properly taken care of, and continue to function adequately. An average of six to eight hours of sleep is necessary daily.
