Be Willing to take down the walls You built around Your Heart

If you're really serious about loving someone, you must first be willing to take down those walls you built around your heart. Your beauty is on the inside. Open up all the entrances to your heart so we can inspect the damage that has been done. Inside the damage is where your healing is. Inside the cracks is where your loving kindness has been hiding. Show us your past. Tell us what happened. We need details. We need to know who inflicted those wounds. We need to know the history of each scar. Using compassionate listening and gentle uplifting words, the process of healing can proceed. We need to see you cry. We want to feel your fears. Some memories have been buried inside our subconscious that we think they never happened. We want to dig inside the subconscious to uproot those childhood traumas. We want to know your dreams. Tell us where and when you derailed. If it hurts then it's good for you. There is nothing outside. Everything is inside. We want to know what you still struggle with. Show us all your demons and tell us their names. Let us in to do the healing. Take off those masks. Let down all guards. Strip your soul naked. The operation is invasive. Expose it all. We are not here to hurt you but to accelerate your ascension. Heal thyself.
