Are you a value-adding person or a parasite? Do you go about seeking for opportunities to help, or to be helped? I have said it before and will say it again that, at our various levels, we all can be a blessing; somehow.

We know what you will do when you have plenty but what are you doing with the little in your hands? Only he that is faithful with little, can be trusted with much.

You were created to add value to your world; not to be a victim of circumstances.
Rise up, and give to your world.

This is a question that has generated a lot of conversation and brought diverse responses. Should an employee seek to pursue his or her passion? When is the right time? How do I make time to pursue it and make it profitable? Questions like these have lingered in the hearts of employees. With the uncertainties at some work place, the satisfaction derived from your heart's call and the fear of regret at the twilight of life. These and many more have pushed many out of their comfort zone to run their dreams and same time, the demands have made much more cower and stay in their comfort zone, drained of life - dying daily. Suffering and Your Life

Many people expect life to be easy. Even as a Christian, there is no crown without a cross. Many people wish they can just wish suffering away, deny it exists or drink it away. Suffering is how the spirit of man grows, how it learns to discipline itself from the incessant demands of the wayward flesh. Suffering people are growing people. But does that mean we should desire suffering? No, we should not desire suffering but neither should we resist it. Because what we resist persists. We should not try to hide from suffering. Like a bully, we stand up to it, pull it in the beard and find out that it was just an attachment meant to scare us. Suffering is not bad in itself and will only cease when you have learned your lesson from it. Adversity is the road map to prosperity just as failure is the step stones to Success. Our generation has been termed to be the most open minded in the history of human race. That's partly true, as our generation is extremely diverse, and with that diversity many ways of thinking appear. We find that the ideas older generation consider private are openly discussed by our generation and likes of such attitude and approach towards life. This new behaviour and idea of diversity has exposed a lot of us to accepting new ideas – which is not a bad thing in itself. However, it becomes a problem when we start allowing the ideologies, beliefs, and expectations of others define how we live our life. The lack of a strong personal conviction or ideology has left many to seek validation or acceptance from external parties, letting the acts and words of others guide how they live their lives. We're all guilty of it. Most times, the degree in which we manifest it only varies. An unsubmissive wife feels she's better than her unloving husband. God understands. An unloving husband feels he's better than his unsubmissive wife. God understands. The pulpit minister feels he's more into God and the ministry than the marketplace minister. The marketplace minister considers himself more honourable than the pulpit minister. She that wears trousers or uses jewelries feels she's a more enlightened Christian. She that does not considers herself more spiritual. "Well, I'm not saying I'm perfect, but some people are just impossible..." we would say. Love has no logic, it is blind to logic

Love originates from the soul and can only be given, felt, received and appreciated by the soul. Love is our essence, love is wisdom, and love is a spiritual concept. If God is love and God is a spirit, then love must be a spirit and loving must thus be a spiritual activity at its core. We find it impossible to love because we live from the mind. The mind functions on logic and reason but love has no reason or logic to it, that's why true love is inexpiable and most times seems like foolishness to people of the world. The mind is continually seeking for a reason to love and it has criteria for qualifying and disqualifying people for love. True love is blind to such logic because you don't need a reason to love anybody; you love because it is natural to do so. When we use our mind to qualify and quantify love, we will end up in suspicion and mistrust.
