We know what you will do when you have plenty but what are you doing with the little in your hands? Only he that is faithful with little, can be trusted with much.

You were created to add value to your world; not to be a victim of circumstances.

Success Story: How I went from a CGPA of 2.29 to 4.00 within a Semester

This is a Success Story shared by Olusola O'sola Fapohunda, a graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Akure. ----- In early 2010, I went with about four other guys in my department - to visit our level registration officer. We wanted to check our result. Each one of us, was with a paper and a pen. The lecturer in charge asked for our matriculation numbers and one after the other, he was reeling off grades, GPA and CGPA. He eventually got to me and I heard a digit that sounded like I've been shot. God! Me! 2.29. I've earned myself Grade E in some three unit courses and my best course was APH301, which I had a B with a score of 69. About six months later, I went to check my 300 level second semester result and I now had a CGPA of 4.00. That was the happiest day of my University education. I was rolling on the floor of the room. If you discover you are one of the few that operate in extraordinary wisdom, don't be too hasty to lend your voice to every trend and discussion because your suggestions and contributions will almost always stick and be accepted as a truth even when it is not because people have over times watched your consistency in display of wisdom. Some people are here to steer others aright. If you are one of those God has given this responsibility, you have to be very careful so you don't lead many to destruction. If people listen to you when you talk, agree almost all the time to your contributions on a pressing issue or seek your contribution before making a conclusion to an issue, just know you may be one of the rare breeds, you may be one of the Custodians of wisdom notwithstanding your age. A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. I have come to discover from personal experience, and from observation that a lot of how people perceive or relate with us depends on the way we relate with ourselves.. I have had cause to deal with persons who gave me too many reasons not to take them seriously, and I didn't, why should I? And I have had cause to deal with people who I had no option but to take them serious, they gave me no option, these are people you just can't ignore or take lightly. I have done things that I should not ordinarily have done based on certain criteria like age, and marital status, and people were okay with it, why? Because I myself see no reason why I can't, so they see no reason why I shouldn't. People will only take you seriously if you take yourself seriously. Its been an interesting week in the world of football. For the past few days, and many days to come, the world will be talking about Neymar Jr. Photo Credit: metro.co.uk 25 years old Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior became the world most expensive football player after Paris Saint-Germain made a payment of €222 million (about £200 million) to Barcelona, which is the value of the release clause in Neymar's contract. The deal was completed on Thursday, August 3, and would keep him at PSG till 2022. Many thought it was all rumours till it became official. The deal makes Neymar Jr the second highest paid player in the world (£515,000-per-week) after Carlos Tevez (Shanghai Shenua, £615,000-per-week). Neymar takes the number 10 Jersey, which was handed over to him by Javier Pastore. Neymar would definitely do great in PSG. Let's hope he wins the champions league with them and the balon d'or soon. The Gospel, a Goodnews

One of the most divisive edicts in Christian theology is the instruction to "Preach the Gospel and make disciples of all men." Some have taken this to mean conversion, whether the people want it or not. Others have embraced the mindset that Christians are better than those they seek to convert and that they are privy to a secret non-converts are unaware of. At the extreme, some forcefully proclaim that all non-converts are going to hell. I am not here to debate the veracity of the foregoing. What I am trying to do is to understand the spirit of the conversion mandate and to envision it from a place of love and mercy.
