Positive Life & Relationship is just over 7 months old, but its influence on lives has been positive and its future influence on lives will be Great!

I just want to appreciate those whose contribution(s) has been part of this library. A good number of them may not be aware that they are a part of this library, but today, Positive Life & Relationship appreciates you all.

God bless you all for your positivity, for deciding to be a positive force of influence in our society. May your dreams and aspirations be granted, and may you all keep growing and getting better, higher and greater! Amen.

But if you haven't, it's worth checking out. You'll however have to get down to the task of breaking the self-sabotaging habits like procrastination, rage, impatience, fear, self-doubt, perfectionism, anti-sociability, timelessness, reckless spending, emotional/senseless eating and drinking, pride, addictions, obsessions, etcetera, that worked against you in 2017 so that 2018 won't end up looking like it – as your habits largely produce your results. A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. So there are a lot of myths, facts, and opinions out there about happiness. My intention, however, is not to support or discredit any one of them you may have come in contact with before. While it is true that happiness is relative, it is also true that personal happiness is what you make of life. Many people in the world today have different goals and ambitions. There is something which is nonetheless common to almost all of us and that is personal happiness. I have learnt that it is impossible to control the happenings around us but what we can control is our disposition towards these happenings. The major mistake a person can commit is to expect that life will always go as planned or as expected.
