Real Teachers are Builders, Motivators and Leaders

Sometimes, a lot of students do feel that some of their Teachers (Teachers, Lecturers) do not fit into those shoes. Sometimes, students wonder if they had any passion for teaching/educating other persons before they came on board the education profession, or if it's just for the money or a different reason. Even if teaching/lecturing was a job one never wanted, which just came by chance after one couldn't get one's dream job; one has got the job now. Philip Stanhope, 4th Earl of Chesterfield said: "Whatever is worth doing at all is worth doing well". This should be everyone's attitude to whatever one feels is worth doing. I've heard about statements and comments by teachers which tend to transfer the difficult experiences they had while a student, to the students they are supposed to bring up and help educate - negativity, that discourages education.
