Show Love by your Words and Actions

It's easy to say we are loving when everything seems otherwise okay. But the depth of our love for others becomes tested when the conditions around us does not warrant our loving them at all. Showing love here is really difficult and very straining.

If you can still love when you're hurt, betrayed, angered, irritated or falsely accused by others, then we can know that you truly love.

So let's stop professing love to people like it's really deep in us. Let's show it by our words and actions in times when we're tempted to hate them. Only God can help us truly love people.

Many people expect life to be easy. Even as a Christian, there is no crown without a cross. Many people wish they can just wish suffering away, deny it exists or drink it away. Suffering is how the spirit of man grows, how it learns to discipline itself from the incessant demands of the wayward flesh. Suffering people are growing people. But does that mean we should desire suffering? No, we should not desire suffering but neither should we resist it. Because what we resist persists. We should not try to hide from suffering. Like a bully, we stand up to it, pull it in the beard and find out that it was just an attachment meant to scare us. Suffering is not bad in itself and will only cease when you have learned your lesson from it. Adversity is the road map to prosperity just as failure is the step stones to Success. We're all guilty of it. Most times, the degree in which we manifest it only varies. An unsubmissive wife feels she's better than her unloving husband. God understands. An unloving husband feels he's better than his unsubmissive wife. God understands. The pulpit minister feels he's more into God and the ministry than the marketplace minister. The marketplace minister considers himself more honourable than the pulpit minister. She that wears trousers or uses jewelries feels she's a more enlightened Christian. The long wait is finally over. The EPL is back! Eight games has gone down so far, with the result confirming Wins for Arsenal, Burnley, Huddersfield, Everton, West Bromwich Albion and Manchester City. Watford, Liverpool, Southampton, and Swansea City settled for Draws, while Leicester City, Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Stoke City, AFC Bournemouth and Brighton & Hove Albion settled for Losses. Biggest Win so far goes to the newly promoted Huddersfield who beat Crystal Palace with a three goal margin, and tops the EPL table. There has been a lot of controversy with regards to tithing, just recently. I happen to come across Olulade Ebenezer's posts on this subject, and I'll be sharing the posts today. ----- I have been reading and seeking to breathe from the cloud of words on the subject of Tithing. My timeline contains no other posts these days...not even on Salvation or Faith. I've come to accept the metamorphosis the Church must compulsorily undergo. It is ugly at this stage. Passing by a church over the weekend, my thoughts revolved about a noticeable trend that have stayed in Nigeria, I believe for about a decade or so. You must have observed same. Churches in recent years now use Religious broadcasting (which is broadcasting by religious organizations, usually with a religious message) to conduct LIVE services. So, a head quarter church in any part of the country can easily broadcast to any of their satellite churches, and you see people in this satellite churches agreeing and seeing visible results. Several years ago, people will never try that. They will wonder why you should be looking at somebody in a box, and be dancing, singing and even believe same for miracles. What foolishness? Why do People think that Introverts are Rude or Arrogant?

Myth #1 – Introverts don’t like to talk. This is not true. Introverts just don’t talk unless they have something to say. They hate small talk.
