Another will say: "I'm called to part-time ministry."

There is no full time or half time or quarter time ministry!
Every Christian is called to do ministry!
Every child of God is given a unique assignment!
Everyone gets to play not just the Super Apostles, Spooky Prophets and the Cool Pastors.
Every Christian gets to hear from God, heal the sick, drive out demons, work miracles in the Name of Jesus and in the Power of the Holy Spirit.

Everyone gets to play in the expansion of God’s Kingdom. Don’t settle for anything else.
Get out of the devil’s clutches, and walk as Sons and Daughters of the Most High God!
Mighty stuffs will happen when we walk as the Body of Christ and not as Individual parts.

Don’t settle for normal. You are part of God’s DREAM TEAM that is going to turn the world upside down.

You have been called. You have a unique call. Go for it. Let’s work together and expand God’s Kingdom!

Hi Reader! Hope you're doing good? I was checking up on happiness and how it relates to the body and brain, chemically. I found some interesting stuffs that I'll love to share. There are four chemical substances that are related to happiness in the body: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins (DOSE). There could be more than four but these four are major. My interest today is on Dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which influences "reward-motivated behavior " in relation to happiness. By reward-motivated behavior, it is responsible for the excitement one feels when there's a task to be done with a reward attached. This reward can be a goal to be attained or landmark to be set. A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. Before that, I'll share some points about earthworms: - They are in the lumbricus genus, there are various species of earthworms, but the common earthworm's scientific name is lumbricus terrestris - Their digestive system runs through the length of their skin - Earthworms respire through their skin - They are hermaphrodites (each one carries both male and female sex organs) - They lack either an internal skeleton or exoskeleton , but maintain their structure with fluid-filled coelom chambers that function as a hydrostatic skeleton. It is another interesting movie to talk about. It's a dance movie starring Ryan Guzman (Sean Asa), Misha Gabriel (Eddy, co-leader of the Mob with Sean), Kathryn McCormick (Emily Anderson), Peter Gallagher (William Bill Anderson), among others. I think you guys will love the movie. As usual, I'll share the lessons I learnt from the movie. • It's really cool seeing the team Sean and Eddy put together. They brought different talented dancers together so they could express their voices as a team and make a bigger difference collectively. It's also great having a team of people who share same goals and who are committed. They didn't just gave themselves a voice, they also gave a lot of persons a voice and at the end, their voices were heard. Late night eating is unhealthy for you

Late night eating is a common habit that have become integrated into the lives of many people. Lot of persons work till late at night, and have to take late dinner. Even persons who are aware of its unhealthiness sometimes find it difficult to stop. However, everyone wants a healthy life and have to promote healthy eating to achieve that. Having late dinners, or snacking late at night may not really affect a night worker whose day is night and vice versa, but it's unhealthy for one who sleeps at night. At night, one doesn't expend much energy, and the body's metabolism is slower and thus, having late dinners, especially eating heavy food and overeating can result in weight gain, and increased blood sugar levels which can be a predisposition to chronic diseases, including heart attack and stroke.
