Discovering yourself is the first place to start . Discovering how you are wired by God for a specific assignment is key to deciding who you marry.

Your vision, your values as a person should be a guide to your choice.
You have to marry with your senses intact. Marry without confusion in your head wondering if the relationship will work or not.

Do not gamble with your destiny. Do not use your life as an experiment in the laboratory of any purposeless relationship.
What is good is worth waiting for.

She is the founder of the boutique architecture and interior design firm AD Consultin, based in Lagos, Nigeria. CNN described her as "Africa's Starchitect" and The Guardian (Nigeria) has described her as "the face of Architecture in Nigeria. Adenowo has several philanthropic ventures. We know how important our eyes are to us. The eyes are delicate and no one will definitely want anything to compromise the eyesight. Today, I will share some important points about keeping one's eyes healthy. • Regular eye check ups and tests are necessary for ensuring good eye health, and will help to detect certain eye diseases like glaucoma which could be asymptomatic. Also, one's knowledge of his/her family's eye health history is necessary to pre-guard against hereditary eye diseases • Staring at screens (TV screen, computer screen, video games) could be unhealthy for one's eyes. It's advisable that one doesn't stare for too long. A rule called the 20/20/20 rule suggests that one should look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes to reduce eye strain. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. This is a great inspiring book. I'm sure it must be a familiar one, especially since it's written by the well known neurosurgeon and politician (He's the current United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, under the Trump Administration), Benjamin Solomon Carson Sr. I read this book about four years ago. I'll share some few lessons I learnt from the book. • People aren't innately wrong-minded. Most times, general mental attitude is as a result of one's environment and what one opens up the mind to learn and believe. They need some reconditioning and reeducation. • Almost everyone makes mistakes in life. One important key is being "honest" with our mistakes. When I see those that knew me when I was much younger, probably those we lived in same area or schooled together, I often wonder what they think of me today. About who I have become. I am far different from the person they knew, yet I know I only just begun in my journey to change lives all around the world. When I see men and women, and the weight of abilities they carry, I am astounded. Many of whom are not taking any step whatsoever to show the world the depth of possibility locked in their very soul. Sadly so. I have grown to be able to have conversations with people and pick messages off their lives. Things lying there waiting for expression. Edgy.
