God functions from You

That Altar in your Church built by men is not as sacred as You if you have the Holy Spirit dwelling in You!
You are holier than the altar.
The main altar is in me. So when I kneel at the Altar of our Church, I come with God’s presence. It is my presence as a Child of God that even makes that place a sacred place!

So, when I wish to kneel at the Altar and pray, it means I just want to separate myself from the crowd for a while and pray!
I love the idea of Chapels in big churches. For me, it's a quiet place where you can run from distraction and concentrate on God but it is not another special place where another kind of God’s power is made available.

If the Spirit of God isn’t in You, you are wasting your time at that altar. If you don’t have a personal relationship with God, I wonder who you are talking to at that altar!
God functions from you and not from the altar, podium or stage in our Churches.

You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. He picked up his pen and started writing: • Last year, I had a surgery and my gallbladder was removed. The most popular answer these days is "become an entrepreneur", "start your own business". I have seen lots of articles with the quote: "If you don't follow your dreams, you'll end up working for someone who did", but there is something about this statement I don't agree with... I would come back to it in a minute... Our present society is a mixture of different persons of different family values. That's one of the major reasons why people have different understanding of an issue or situation. One from a family with high personal and moral values may not agree with the other who has his or her own values, and who feels they are justified and right. Never joke with the power of Connection/Relationships. Be connected to God, and be connected to Man. It isn't just about what You can do alone, but who You know that can give You the opportunity to showcase what You can do. Referrals have changed a lot of lives. "She's my niece, give her the job".. Hi Reader! Hope you're doing good? I was checking up on happiness and how it relates to the body and brain, chemically. I found some interesting stuffs that I'll love to share. There are four chemical substances that are related to happiness in the body: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins (DOSE). There could be more than four but these four are major. My interest today is on Dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which influences "reward-motivated behavior " in relation to happiness. By reward-motivated behavior, it is responsible for the excitement one feels when there's a task to be done with a reward attached. This reward can be a goal to be attained or landmark to be set.
