Treat Him like a King

I love to talk about men. And the reason is very simple:
• All men are unique.
• They are our pride.
• They are the beauty that we have as women.

Most times, I tell my friends that when you treat your man like a King, he will worship you like a Queen.
Never disrespect your man, he is the reason why people are calling you Madame.
Stop looking down on him because you think he is already your husband, and so nothing can happen. Believe me, there are a lots of ladies out there who are willing to pay any amount just to have that same men you are insulting everyday.
If you learn how to take good care of your husband he will always make you the envy of all.
Don't be ashamed to try new things. A lady is a blessing to her husband, not trouble, pain and heartbreak.
Make your husband your best friend. Your husband should be able to say, "Honey, I'm favoured because I have You as my wife". Your calls and presence should never remind him of how much a mistake he may have made by marrying you.

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. I have seen lots of articles with the quote: "If you don't follow your dreams, you'll end up working for someone who did", but there is something about this statement I don't agree with... There are four chemical substances that are related to happiness in the body: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins (DOSE). There could be more than four but these four are major. My interest today is on Dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which influences "reward-motivated behavior " in relation to happiness. By reward-motivated behavior, it is responsible for the excitement one feels when there's a task to be done with a reward attached. This reward can be a goal to be attained or landmark to be set.
