Treat Him like a King

I love to talk about men. And the reason is very simple:
• All men are unique.
• They are our pride.
• They are the beauty that we have as women.

Most times, I tell my friends that when you treat your man like a King, he will worship you like a Queen.
Never disrespect your man, he is the reason why people are calling you Madame.
Stop looking down on him because you think he is already your husband, and so nothing can happen. Believe me, there are a lots of ladies out there who are willing to pay any amount just to have that same men you are insulting everyday.
If you learn how to take good care of your husband he will always make you the envy of all.
Don't be ashamed to try new things. A lady is a blessing to her husband, not trouble, pain and heartbreak.
Make your husband your best friend. Your husband should be able to say, "Honey, I'm favoured because I have You as my wife". Your calls and presence should never remind him of how much a mistake he may have made by marrying you.

The Foundation is Important, Yes; so is the roofing too. Beautiful childhood memories I have, maybe the most beautiful ever told (at least that was the one I witnessed, don't know of any other). A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. I grew up in a home without a TV, but each time we had to visit our family who lived in the heart of Lagos, I'd get stuck on it like a media-starved kid consuming as much content as was available. Even as a child, Christ Embassy's 'Atmosphere for Miracles' was something for me. It was like a church minted only in the utopian circles of my dream.
