Keep shaking them off!

No one gets stuck in life because of what he or she can't control. People get stuck because of what they can control but don't know what, why, and how!

A man’s favorite donkey once fell into a deep pit. No matter how he tried, he couldn’t pull it out. He therefore gave up on rescuing his donkey and decided to bury it alive.
He started pouring soil onto the donkey in the pit from above. The donkey felt the load of the soil on its body but managed to shake it off, and step on it.
Each time more soil was poured, it shook it off and stepped on the soil to step up. The more the load of soil was poured, the higher it rose. By noon, the donkey was closer to the edge of the pit and managed to leap out to go graze in green pastures.

Regardless of the pit (seemingly unsurmountable pressure or demand) you find yourself and the pains or hurts life, job, no job, business, relationships, health, or finance, throws at you; keep shaking them off - don't get stuck with them by pity-partying, mourning, regretting, blaming others, or giving up. After much shaking off, you'll be using them to step up in that 'pit' (learning from them) till you step out and start grazing in your GREEN PASTURES.

Your challenges only conquer you when you give up on learning and doing something with what you learn. You start dying when you stop learning!

This new week, what feedback or learning from the previous weeks will you be putting into practical use to achieve your desired happiness?
I see this week pushing you into your green pastures.

Success Story: How I went from a CGPA of 2.29 to 4.00 within a Semester

This is a Success Story shared by Olusola O'sola Fapohunda, a graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Akure. ----- In early 2010, I went with about four other guys in my department - to visit our level registration officer. We wanted to check our result. Each one of us, was with a paper and a pen. The lecturer in charge asked for our matriculation numbers and one after the other, he was reeling off grades, GPA and CGPA. He eventually got to me and I heard a digit that sounded like I've been shot. God! Me! 2.29. I've earned myself Grade E in some three unit courses and my best course was APH301, which I had a B with a score of 69. I and a friend discussed about this today, and he disagreed wholly, until I showed him the Word. I once used to pray like this whenever we were to go into an 'anointing service.' “We invite the Holy Spirit into this place.” “The Holy Spirit really showed up this morning!” If you have been a Christian for any amount of time, you have no doubt heard these expressions. In fact, you have probably said at least one of them yourself. I know I have! Many believers today often open up church services or worship meetings with prayers like “come, Holy Spirit!” Yet I suspect these prayers may not need to be prayed. This is one of the best shortest books I've read so far. It's so short (about 41 pages) that one could finish it within a couple of hours. But every page of it; almost every paragraph of it has an inspiring bomb! It's a book one could go through every morning if possible, or maybe at the beginning of the week. It's cool! Think like a Champion was written by America's 45th and current president, Donald Trump. Donald is a successful businessman and television personality, and he shares so much successful tips that's helpful to everyone who wants success and wants to stay successful.
