- look for a lady who prays for and with you

- one who will encourage you when you feel discouraged

- one who will efficiently manage your thousands and your millions

- one who can plan and reason with and for you

- one who knows you completely and accepts you, strengths and weaknesses together

- one who understands who you are, what you stand for and do, and is in with you for the long haul

- one who can spend and create wealth with you

- one who can cheer and inspire you to great heights

- one who can work and play

- one who is matured.

Whatever you do, marry a woman, not a girl. There's a difference - same gender, different breed.

- one who will speak to the "King" in you

- one who is a Queen

And most importantly, be the man who truly deserves this woman.

The session was on Olajumoke Adenowo. ---------- (Diligent Amaka speaking) Olajumoke Olufunmilola Adenowo (born in 1968) is an award-winning Nigerian architect, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, as well as a speaker, radio host, and author. She is the founder of the boutique architecture and interior design firm AD Consultin, based in Lagos, Nigeria. CNN described her as "Africa's Starchitect" and The Guardian (Nigeria) has described her as "the face of Architecture in Nigeria. Adenowo has several philanthropic ventures. In 1999, she founded the Awesome Treasures Foundation (ATF), a faith-based NGO in Lagos, Nigeria. Success Story: How I went from a CGPA of 2.29 to 4.00 within a Semester

This is a Success Story shared by Olusola O'sola Fapohunda, a graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Akure. ----- In early 2010, I went with about four other guys in my department - to visit our level registration officer. We wanted to check our result. Each one of us, was with a paper and a pen. The lecturer in charge asked for our matriculation numbers and one after the other, he was reeling off grades, GPA and CGPA. He eventually got to me and I heard a digit that sounded like I've been shot. God! Me! 2.29. I've earned myself Grade E in some three unit courses and my best course was APH301, which I had a B with a score of 69. I have read lots of interview questions and answers online before then like I was going to get a 10 million naira job. Staying without job for a year was the lowest point of my life. This part focuses on diet and eye health. Good eye health requires the consumption of nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, lutein, zeaxanthin, zinc, beta-carotene, vitamins A, C and E, etcetera. Deficiency of these nutrients contributes to poor eye health Food sources that are positive for eye health include; - Green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale and others - Fruits like citruses and berries (oranges, etcetera). I was with my parents over the weekend. It was a great time with them. Our conversations especially when I am about leaving them after a visit will end with a prayer. But this time a good part of the conversation centered on marriage and so was about 86% of the prayer on getting married from the right family and settling down well....hmmm. You see, we all have this almighty question to answer now and then. In fact, life in Nigeria is ideally viewed in a particular cycle – Birth - Go to School - Graduate from University - National Youth Service - Work or Business - Marriage and Children, and then Work, Work, Business, Business - Raise Children - Work, Work, Business, Business - Death. I hope you can relate with that cycle. When you are done, your children obviously will continue with the next cycle starting from where you started. A few days ago, I found myself in a work space where I had to negotiate for a deal with an organization. I was welcomed warmly. As I walked down to the appointed office, I was concerned by the facial expression of one of the employees as we moved in opposite directions. He muttered words in complaint with face bowed to the ground as He had received a portion of the managers venom for not meeting up with the required task. He pronounced a few challenges before him to another coworker as they moved to resume duty. He muttered the sleepless nights his family has faced because of their sick child and how this has drained his finances. The manager at his end was still expressing his displeasure until he got a sight of me. I was immediately seated with Him and we chatted for about 5 minutes before we commenced the business of the day. We talked about family, business and government.
