This is the intent with positivity and fulfillment.

Life sometimes brings you to question yourself about why you have not made it or achieved your goals and purpose. And the annoying thing is that everyone around you seems to be on top of their game and you feel left out. But the truth is that You are in the process of making it Big!

This reminds me of the story I once heard of an elephant and the dog. They were both pregnant at the same time. The Dog gave birth but the Elephant was still pregnant. The Dog took in a second time and gave birth but the Elephant was still pregnant with the first, and surprisingly the elephant didn't seem disturbed. The dog gave birth to her second set of puppies. The Elephant was equally happy with the Dog.

The Dog took in for the third time and gave birth. Wow! The Dog was so proud of herself and she started boasting and ridiculing the Elephant and parading with her puppies in front of the Elephant like a proud mother would.
The Elephant just laughed and replied - I am not bothered because what I am carrying cannot be compared with yours. So, I am patiently moulding this child and when my child comes out, the world would know because the ground would shake. Just keep calm, my child would soon arrive.

When You feel lost, just remember this story, and focus on your purpose and in no time you will arrive.

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. He picked up his pen and started writing: • Last year, I had a surgery and my gallbladder was removed. The most popular answer these days is "become an entrepreneur", "start your own business". I have seen lots of articles with the quote: "If you don't follow your dreams, you'll end up working for someone who did", but there is something about this statement I don't agree with... I would come back to it in a minute... In order to maximise your earning power and have the ability to invest in my business as an entrepreneur, you need to pursue a career or side hustle you are passionate about and create multiple streams of income. Our present society is a mixture of different persons of different family values. That's one of the major reasons why people have different understanding of an issue or situation. One from a family with high personal and moral values may not agree with the other who has his or her own values, and who feels they are justified and right. Hi Reader! Hope you're doing good? I was checking up on happiness and how it relates to the body and brain, chemically. I found some interesting stuffs that I'll love to share. There are four chemical substances that are related to happiness in the body: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins (DOSE). There could be more than four but these four are major. My interest today is on Dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which influences "reward-motivated behavior " in relation to happiness. By reward-motivated behavior, it is responsible for the excitement one feels when there's a task to be done with a reward attached. This reward can be a goal to be attained or landmark to be set.
