Enough with the speculations and undue pressure!

If two people have not come out to tell you they're dating, it is either because they're not dating or they're not ready to have their relationship out in the public.

Whatever their reasons, respect the fact that they've not told you they're together, and leave them the heck alone.

Enough with the speculations and undue pressure!

Not all close friends must be in love with each other. Two people can love and appreciate themselves without dating. Let's stop forcing people to see a romantic relationship in every friendship.

Two people dating may not think their relationship is ready for public attention. Leave them alone. Don't pressure them into doing what they're not yet ready for.

I know this is not an ideal Sunday morning message but it's been on my mind to say it. You are not TMZ. Mind your own darn business! Let people be please.

You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do.
