If a man is indeed as he thinks, then what and who you have become today, came to be, as a result of your yesterday thoughts.

To change your life, change your thoughts.
To become anything, let it fill your thought.
Where your treasure is, your heart will lie.
Where you find yourself later, is a function of where your thoughts lead you.

No wonder Apostle Paul encouraged:
"Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue, and if there is anything praiseworthy - meditate on these things."

Your thoughts make you.
If God cannot change your mind, He cannot change your life.
And until your life changes, your situation remains the same...

You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. Sir James Dyson is a British inventor, industrial designer and the founder of Dyson company. He's presently 70 years old (born in 1947). He was involved in some inventions including the sea truck in 1970, the Ballbarrow (his first original invention) and the Wheelboat, which can travel on both land and water. Don't consider age when instilling discipline in your kids, rather consider their maturity. Some kids are smarter than normal for their age and should be corrected early enough if not you may be tempted to think they are still children not knowing they are learning fast and developing character. Try and discern difference among your kids. If a method worked for one doesn't mean it must work for the other. Identify the ones that need more attention and give such more attention so that they can catch up with the others and gain independence. I dislike it when I see Godly parents having ungodly kids. Your children are a reflection of your level of spiritual responsibility. Teach them how to comport themselves in church, don't always have that attitude that they are kids, and leave them. No! The Foundation is Important, Yes; so is the roofing too. Beautiful childhood memories I have, maybe the most beautiful ever told (at least that was the one I witnessed, don't know of any other). God bless our parents who wore us lovely clothes and took us to church, - to children ministry which was so much fun. Virtually everything was composed into song; Bible study, Memory verses, etcetera. There would always be rhyme and rhythm, melody and harmony. We would dance, sing on top of our voices, laugh so hard and feel all excited! I remember kingdom dance, we usually were the front liners shaking our entire being in our beautiful attires, panty hose and the rest. We would eat biscuits, celebrate birthdays, pray with tightly closed eyes, give special numbers... As we grew older, you'll be questioned about your head covering, so much jewellery spaghetti handed dresses, etcetera (lol). We would go for camp meetings...
