Not Everyone will be pleased with You

Not everybody will be pleased with You.
No matter how nice you are to everyone, there'd always be people who'd find a fault in you. I've been there and I've come to understand that, if you allow those things people do get to you, you'd end up hurting yourself.
Depression is one thing that'd always stroll in with it's cold grip.

My advice: Keep doing good. Be nice to everyone. Always radiate and glow like the Sun. Let your beauty and aura spread to all that come in contact with You. You do not need everyone, all you need is God and a few people who care about You. Soon even those who saw you as 'unqualified' will sing your praise. They will announce You more.

Principle versus Formula

Productivity is better than Activity and Principle is better than formula. Principles will birth productivity whereas Formulas will only produce activity. For example, It is possible to sleep four hours a day and achieve significantly less than someone who sleeps eight hours a day, while claiming anybody that sleeps above four hours is lazy. When it comes to success, there might be principles but not formulas (I mean mindless copying). Some people just copy too much, not seeing that a lot of factors are involved. The most important thing is to learn the principles and tailor it to your unique situation. Make your work time count. I remember students back in school who claimed to be reading all night (and they were) but had little or nothing to show in their result and there were others who never went through that stress and made straight A's. It is good to look out for working formulas but it's more important to know what works for you and so you can manipulate the formula...

Why do People think that Introverts are Rude or Arrogant?

Myth #1 – Introverts don’t like to talk. This is not true. Introverts just don’t talk unless they have something to say. They hate small talk. Keeping one's heart healthy involves one ensuring that the heart and the blood vessels that supplies blood and oxygen to (/away) from one's heart are properly taken care of, and continue to function adequately. We'll see some tips about one protecting and keeping a healthy heart. • Care about your Sleep. You know how it feels when you don't sleep enough. An average of six to eight hours of sleep is necessary daily.
