Not Everyone will be pleased with You

Not everybody will be pleased with You.
No matter how nice you are to everyone, there'd always be people who'd find a fault in you. I've been there and I've come to understand that, if you allow those things people do get to you, you'd end up hurting yourself.
Depression is one thing that'd always stroll in with it's cold grip.

My advice: Keep doing good. Be nice to everyone. Always radiate and glow like the Sun. Let your beauty and aura spread to all that come in contact with You. You do not need everyone, all you need is God and a few people who care about You. Soon even those who saw you as 'unqualified' will sing your praise. They will announce You more.

Hi Reader! Hope you're doing good? I was checking up on happiness and how it relates to the body and brain, chemically. I found some interesting stuffs that I'll love to share. There are four chemical substances that are related to happiness in the body: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins (DOSE). There could be more than four but these four are major. My interest today is on Dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which influences "reward-motivated behavior " in relation to happiness. By reward-motivated behavior, it is responsible for the excitement one feels when there's a task to be done with a reward attached. This reward can be a goal to be attained or landmark to be set. It's just like something good is coming out from carrying out a task or action, or something new and exciting will be learnt or gained after undergoing an experience or completing a task. I hear people saying, and postulating that our Ladies have nothing to offer in relationships, and that apart from sex, eighty percent or thereabout of ladies have nothing else to contribute to relationships. How they arrived at such statistics, I know not. Who did the research, the number of ladies they sampled, and the research method employed, till date - the mystery remains unexplained. To me, this may be an issue of generalization and a case of a few bad eggs. Then again, I may be wrong oh, and it may be a case of a few good eggs and that of ''to every rumor there is an element of truth''. When life rejects you as a waste of lemon, shake off the tag and GROW up into a lemonade! I grew up to my early teenage in Ilorin, Kwara state, Nigeria and countless times, I saw my mum poured cooking waste water containing tomato and vegetable seeds into a corner of our backyard through the kitchen window. Also, I grew up always seeing some tomato and vegetable plants growing at the corners of our unused backyard turned dumping site for kitchen waste and I always wondered who planted them and in fact, I also always thought they were unhealthy vegetables since they grow on a mere dirty, sometimes stinking waste-dumping site. A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. Before that, I'll share some points about earthworms: - They are in the lumbricus genus, there are various species of earthworms, but the common earthworm's scientific name is lumbricus terrestris - Their digestive system runs through the length of their skin - Earthworms respire through their skin - They are hermaphrodites (each one carries both male and female sex organs) - They lack either an internal skeleton or exoskeleton , but maintain their structure with fluid-filled coelom chambers that function as a hydrostatic skeleton.
