Not Everyone will be pleased with You

Not everybody will be pleased with You.
No matter how nice you are to everyone, there'd always be people who'd find a fault in you. I've been there and I've come to understand that, if you allow those things people do get to you, you'd end up hurting yourself.
Depression is one thing that'd always stroll in with it's cold grip.

My advice: Keep doing good. Be nice to everyone. Always radiate and glow like the Sun. Let your beauty and aura spread to all that come in contact with You. You do not need everyone, all you need is God and a few people who care about You. Soon even those who saw you as 'unqualified' will sing your praise. They will announce You more.

You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. It is toxic to the liver especially in those who consume large amount of sugar (the human body is not meant to consume so much fructose). Also, sugar is ADDICTIVE due to fructose. You may come across a good person, a sincere lover, who's interested in you, but you're not ready at that moment, and end up losing him to someone else who's ready.. You're not ready because of the negative configuration that your past relationship(s) has created for your mind and it really shows in your attitude (I personally always detect it no matter how much you try to hide it). You have to take responsibility for the outcomes of your past relationships. And by this, you take POSITIVE actions not to be a victim of such again. Look into yourself critically, you'll see the wrong choices you made that led to the failed relationship(s). Learn from it, and make a wiser choice when someone comes seeking your attention. Most times, I tell my friends that when you treat your man like a King, he will worship you like a Queen. Never disrespect your man, he is the reason why people are calling you Madame. I really wish I could say this out rather than have it written out. So help me read it out. Do It Yourself! I'm going to tell you something. Some years back, things were so difficult for my parents and us. It was the most difficult part of our lives. Then my dad lost entirely all his businesses. It was hard on him. Everything was gone. My mum had a clothing business she was doing. Everything was on her. Every responsibility was on her. She had entirely no choice but to carry this two-in-one cross herself. It came to a point where she had to take her lifeline. We were going to join in the struggle. I was ten while my younger brother was eight. She would give us part of the clothe to go through many streets to sell. Sometimes it took us hours to sell one of the clothes. People who stand for something are those who are consistent in their choices. Consistency helps build Reputation. Consistency helps build Result. Consistency is what we do repeatedly no matter what. It seems I have been interested in emotional themes for sometime now; anyway, it's cool understanding some stuffs about emotions.
