This is a Success Story shared by Olusola O'sola Fapohunda, a graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Akure. ----- In early 2010, I went with about four other guys in my department - to visit our level registration officer. We wanted to check our result. Each one of us, was with a paper and a pen. The lecturer in charge asked for our matriculation numbers and one after the other, he was reeling off grades, GPA and CGPA. I love to talk about men. And the reason is very simple: • All men are unique. • They are our pride. • They are the beauty that we have as women. Most times, I tell my friends that when you treat your man like a King, he will worship you like a Queen. Never disrespect your man, he is the reason why people are calling you Madame. Stop looking down on him because you think he is already your husband, and so nothing can happen. Principle versus Formula

Productivity is better than Activity and Principle is better than formula. Principles will birth productivity whereas Formulas will only produce activity. For example, It is possible to sleep four hours a day and achieve significantly less than someone who sleeps eight hours a day, while claiming anybody that sleeps above four hours is lazy. When it comes to success, there might be principles but not formulas (I mean mindless copying). Some people just copy too much, not seeing that a lot of factors are involved. The most important thing is to learn the principles and tailor it to your unique situation. Make your work time count. I remember students back in school who claimed to be reading all night (and they were) but had little or nothing to show in their result and there were others who never went through that stress and made straight A's. It is good to look out for working formulas but it's more important to know what works for you and so you can manipulate the formula...

Every great person have, and is giving out something. Some great speakers spoke for free, some great writers wrote for free, some great preachers preached for free. Why do People think that Introverts are Rude or Arrogant?

Myth #1 – Introverts don’t like to talk. This is not true. Introverts just don’t talk unless they have something to say. They hate small talk. Get an introvert talking about something they are interested in, and they won’t shut up for days. Myth #2 – Introverts are shy. Shyness has nothing to do with being an Introvert. Keeping one's heart healthy involves one ensuring that the heart and the blood vessels that supplies blood and oxygen to (/away) from one's heart are properly taken care of, and continue to function adequately. We'll see some tips about one protecting and keeping a healthy heart. • Care about your Sleep. You know how it feels when you don't sleep enough. An average of six to eight hours of sleep is necessary daily. Less sleep can promote the build up of calcium in your blood vessels and this can promote heart diseases. • Regularly check your blood pressure, blood glucose levels and cholesterol levels. • Reduce stress, especially extreme and unwanted stress. • Carry out regular exercise; avoid a sedentary lifestyle; avoid staying in a particular position (like sitting) for hours without stretching, changing position or taking a break. • Take less alcohol (if you drink alcohol) and stay off smoking!
