Yet, we can make this shithole a huge vast intellectual brain reserve. The metaphor of the shithole is that it is a conduit a passage for remnant. When I was a kid, I saw the Germans convert shit to energy for cooking and fertiliser. You have a brain young people, use it. Young Nigerians, we do not have a future in our present state. Our faith as Christians is not misguided or misdirected, God did not ask us to have faith on something that does not work or that is nonexistent. Everything we believe God for already is and have been proven to be reproducible. People have believed for the same things you believe God for and have or are getting them continually. The problem is we and not the word of God. Do this anytime you feel your faith is tested. Walk randomly into your church and ask people randomly if they have ever believed God for what you are believing and have received. The results have always been and will continue. Our faith is not guess work, it is not uncertain, it is not speculation, it is not luck or chance. We believe God for what already is, have been and is been received continually by others. She is the founder of the boutique architecture and interior design firm AD Consultin, based in Lagos, Nigeria. CNN described her as "Africa's Starchitect" and The Guardian (Nigeria) has described her as "the face of Architecture in Nigeria. Adenowo has several philanthropic ventures. Everyone's trying to be truly happy, and everyone surely deserves that, because there's no life without happiness. But a lot of persons are much unhappy inside than they seem to be. Sometimes the pain they feel deep inside gets to a threshold, where they can't keep on putting up false happiness, and their true feelings are more often expressed. For a good number of persons, they redefine happiness, and their definition of happiness does not bring them true happiness, though it feels so at the beginning, but at the end, it only adds to the pain they already feel. I was with my parents over the weekend. It was a great time with them. Our conversations especially when I am about leaving them after a visit will end with a prayer. But this time a good part of the conversation centered on marriage and so was about 86% of the prayer on getting married from the right family and settling down well....hmmm. You see, we all have this almighty question to answer now and then. In fact, life in Nigeria is ideally viewed in a particular cycle – Birth - Go to School - Graduate from University - National Youth Service - Work or Business - Marriage and Children, and then Work, Work, Business, Business - Raise Children - Work, Work, Business, Business - Death. I hope you can relate with that cycle. When you are done, your children obviously will continue with the next cycle starting from where you started.
