After years of betrayals, abuses, bad luck, disappointments, and incompatibilities, you will finally meet someone who will love you according to your specification. Finally meeting someone who understands how to love you is like hitting a walk-off home run or like scoring the winning goal in a final game. Learn not to overstay your welcome in a toxic relationship or a relationship that is crippling your physical, financial and spiritual growth. Meanwhile, it is time to do your internal cleansing and stay away from people and places with negative vibes. Nothing positive can grow in a negative environment.

You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. Some years back, things were so difficult for my parents and us. It was the most difficult part of our lives. Then my dad lost entirely all his businesses. It was hard on him. Everything was gone. My mum had a clothing business she was doing. Everything was on her. Every responsibility was on her. She had entirely no choice but to carry this two-in-one cross herself.
