The Love connection and Passion

What you deem as important may not be of relevance to someone else. What you call your life purpose, the next person may never have heard of it. True love is about sacrificing yourself sometimes and paying attention to what is important to your partner regardless of whether you like it or not. That's the only way to understand their deepest passion and innermost feelings. The love connection should be founded from passion and not from the outward expression. The root is what counts and the root is always growing inwards. Let your foundation be as deep as the oceans and let your love grow as high and solid as the mountains. Let the world be your peace.

Principle versus Formula

Productivity is better than Activity and Principle is better than formula. Principles will birth productivity whereas Formulas will only produce activity. For example, It is possible to sleep four hours a day and achieve significantly less than someone who sleeps eight hours a day, while claiming anybody that sleeps above four hours is lazy. When it comes to success, there might be principles but not formulas (I mean mindless copying). Some people just copy too much, not seeing that a lot of factors are involved. The most important thing is to learn the principles and tailor it to your unique situation. Make your work time count. I remember students back in school who claimed to be reading all night (and they were) but had little or nothing to show in their result and there were others who never went through that stress and made straight A's. Keeping one's heart healthy involves one ensuring that the heart and the blood vessels that supplies blood and oxygen to (/away) from one's heart are properly taken care of, and continue to function adequately. We'll see some tips about one protecting and keeping a healthy heart. • Care about your Sleep. You know how it feels when you don't sleep enough. An average of six to eight hours of sleep is necessary daily.
