You are complaining that he promised to call, and never did. Even when you called him, he didn't pick up or return your calls. My sister, what were you expecting? On the first day you guys went out, you told him about how your dad is retired, how your mum is also retired, and has hypertension which needs constant medication and gulps most of the little money you earn, how you have six siblings waiting for you to get married so they can go to school, how your father's house in the village is uncompleted..

On the first day, just because he said, "tell me about yourself". Wow...
So it's only problems there is about yourself? Do you have sense at all so?
And you really expected him to call back? My sister, the guy ran for his life. No, he wasn't poor, he just saw you as a leach, a liability.

Everyman is looking to marry an asset. You offloaded on him too early, and that's the problem. You created the wrong impression... And he took to his heels... He have run.

Success Story: How I went from a CGPA of 2.29 to 4.00 within a Semester

This is a Success Story shared by Olusola O'sola Fapohunda, a graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Akure. ----- In early 2010, I went with about four other guys in my department - to visit our level registration officer. We wanted to check our result. Each one of us, was with a paper and a pen. The lecturer in charge asked for our matriculation numbers and one after the other, he was reeling off grades, GPA and CGPA. He eventually got to me and I heard a digit that sounded like I've been shot. God! Me! 2.29. I've earned myself Grade E in some three unit courses and my best course was APH301, which I had a B with a score of 69. Someone asks, "What does it mean to not serve God and mammon? I'm confused. Does it mean I should not want to have money? And I should not think about it or how to get it? Or that I should live in penury? Is that what it means to not serve mammon?" My reply: "Wanting money is not same as serving Mammon. Wanting money and desiring it is very godly and indeed, noble. Money is simply a tool; same way screw driver, hammer, spoon or spanner is. However, when your desire for money comes above your desire for God's leading and direction, you have erred. A fruit is known by its seed. A tree is known by its fruit. Trees are matured, grown seeds. Seeds are those little fragments that make our lives the whole. Seeds are what we allow to be part of the whole. Every little stem, leaf, branch, stump and fruit are results of those little seeds. Poor seeds bear bad fruits. Healthy seeds bear good fruits. The fruits are the product of those little seeds. What kind of fruit do your little seeds produce? Lies, Hate, Envy, Shallowness, Bitterness, Naivety, Pride, Laziness and Promiscuity.. Or – Truth, Love, Knowledge, Grace, Faith, Humility, Hardwork and Self-control. You are responsible for the fruit You yield because you allowed the seeds to grow. The idea that an anointing from God can be IMPARTED from one person to another is NOT in the Bible. But if I can convince you that I have an anointing that you need, well, that pretty much makes you dependent upon me, doesn’t it?
