The Gospel, a Goodnews

One of the most divisive edicts in Christian theology is the instruction to "Preach the Gospel and make disciples of all men."

Some have taken this to mean conversion, whether the people want it or not. Others have embraced the mindset that Christians are better than those they seek to convert and that they are privy to a secret non-converts are unaware of. At the extreme, some forcefully proclaim that all non-converts are going to hell. I am not here to debate the veracity of the foregoing. What I am trying to do is to understand the spirit of the conversion mandate and to envision it from a place of love and mercy.

Perhaps, preaching the Gospel is about the good news of a beautiful affirming relationship and not a judgment call about differences in ideology.

A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. Before that, I'll share some points about earthworms: - They are in the lumbricus genus, there are various species of earthworms, but the common earthworm's scientific name is lumbricus terrestris - Their digestive system runs through the length of their skin - Earthworms respire through their skin - They are hermaphrodites (each one carries both male and female sex organs) - They lack either an internal skeleton or exoskeleton , but maintain their structure with fluid-filled coelom chambers that function as a hydrostatic skeleton. There has never been more pressure than it is now for young entrepreneurs to become millionaires. So because I post on Facebook daily, friends and family assume that I'm one multimillion dollar ultra successful entrepreneur (which I am anyways). The other day I was with my best friend and he asked me jokingly, "when will you marry?" My response was, "heck! At age 30 I should have travelled to at least 10 countries in the world and you're here talking of marriage", "who marriage epp?" We both laughed. What does this mean? Pressure! So I picked this movie as the first I'll write about on this label. I've watched lot of movies, deleted some, but this is one of those I find it difficult to delete. I just have to delete some others to create space for some more movies I want to watch.. This is one of the movies I'll recommend if you are looking for one to give you some motivation. Rags is a musical film, starring a number of characters, two of which are most outstanding. Charlie Prince (Max Schneider) and Kadee Worth (Keke Palmer) both got musical talents, but of different financial backgrounds.
