Worthy Gains are products of the working Brain.

Keep the Brain working to keep the Gains flowing.

The Gains will not cease to flow, for as long as the Brain does not cease to work.

Gains on ground is a sign of Brain(s) at work.

Wake up the Brain to download the Gains.

When you suffer a loss (or losses), stir up the Brain to reverse the order.

If you want to multiply your Gains, intensify the workings of your Brain.

The only way to turn Brain into Gain is to put the Brain to work.

With the Brain at work, you no longer suffer drains.

Success Story: How I went from a CGPA of 2.29 to 4.00 within a Semester

This is a Success Story shared by Olusola O'sola Fapohunda, a graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Akure. ----- In early 2010, I went with about four other guys in my department - to visit our level registration officer. We wanted to check our result. Each one of us, was with a paper and a pen. The lecturer in charge asked for our matriculation numbers and one after the other, he was reeling off grades, GPA and CGPA. He eventually got to me and I heard a digit that sounded like I've been shot. God! Me! 2.29. I've earned myself Grade E in some three unit courses and my best course was APH301, which I had a B with a score of 69. Indecision to define your kind of man, probably due to self deceit and focus on what you will get (misplaced focus); 2. You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. It is toxic to the liver especially in those who consume large amount of sugar (the human body is not meant to consume so much fructose). Also, sugar is ADDICTIVE due to fructose. Create a new TV Channel

We all know how to use the remote control to change the channels on the TV. If we see something we don’t like, no big deal, we just change the channel. I know I do that a lot. I always say to myself that, “my eyes will see no evil”. We need to learn how to mentally change channels when negative images of the past pop up in our minds unexpectedly. You have to let go of the past and stop feeling sorry for yourself. You can’t do anything about what’s happened to you, but you can choose how you will face what’s in front of you. Create a new TV channel for your mind. Now program this channel with positive memories to replace the ones you are leaving behind. Be sure to delete "past failure" and trust God for a renewing of mind and a better future. Then you can change your channel to "New creation channel” (NC Channel) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has gone, the new has come! Jeff Keller's Attitude is Everything, is another great book to read. Before I read this book, I thought it's going to be all about attitude (a person's behaviour, character as I understood it). It is all about attitude anyway, but a broader scope of it, one that I hadn't imagined and understood till I read the book. There's so much to learn, know, gain, from reading books. People who don't read books, or who hate reading are kinda dead in knowledge and such death most times reflects in their attitudes, which is a product of the vacuum in their mindsets. I once used to pray like this whenever we were to go into an 'anointing service.' “We invite the Holy Spirit into this place.” “The Holy Spirit really showed up this morning!” If you have been a Christian for any amount of time, you have no doubt heard these expressions.
