Explore Yourself

You are not your past mistakes. Don't let your mistakes define you. The journey to self-realization begins with reframing your stories in ways that empower you rather than depress you. Make time to examine your experiences and to reflect on them, and in doing so you will grow spiritually. Exploring your own self is one of the most courageous things you will ever do. Denial will most likely be the greatest hurdle that you will face during your introspection. If you really want to be self-aware, it is better to be brutally honest with yourself as regards your role in the tragedies of your past. Own your mistakes and use them as building blocks for your spiritual evolution.
