• Unstable, Unsettled, Insecure and hasty in action.

• Acts and talks spontaneously without thorough reasoning.

• Realizes Actions after carried out, and feels remorseful and bites itself for not doing the right things earlier.

• Very Indecisive and not Resolute.

• Dependent on the comfort of others when faced with difficulties.

• Lacks Authority over issues and over its own life sometimes.

• Looses control of relationships with people, giving the control over to others. Lives at the mercies of others.

• Personified by foolish Immature displays.

• Gets too many persons involved in its very personal affairs (especially emotional relationships) and lacks the personal motivation or ability to handle it all by itself without the input of others.

• Wallow in self-pity and wishing they had less stressful and less difficult times like others (In its mind, it's the only one that got problems).

• Lacks bodily and emotional discipline to the core; feelings controls conduct.

• Struggles for acceptance by showing kindness.

• To gain acceptance, it struggles to show forth it's strengths and fine qualities, which only makes others even more nauseated.

• They are childishly loud and can't keep things to themselves.

The Antidote to Immaturity is Understanding, and Change is a result of imbibing new Understanding.

Success Story: How I went from a CGPA of 2.29 to 4.00 within a Semester

This is a Success Story shared by Olusola O'sola Fapohunda, a graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Akure. ----- In early 2010, I went with about four other guys in my department - to visit our level registration officer. We wanted to check our result. Each one of us, was with a paper and a pen. The lecturer in charge asked for our matriculation numbers and one after the other, he was reeling off grades, GPA and CGPA. He eventually got to me and I heard a digit that sounded like I've been shot. God! Me! 2.29. I've earned myself Grade E in some three unit courses and my best course was APH301, which I had a B with a score of 69. Everyone's trying to be truly happy, and everyone surely deserves that, because there's no life without happiness. But a lot of persons are much unhappy inside than they seem to be. Sometimes the pain they feel deep inside gets to a threshold, where they can't keep on putting up false happiness, and their true feelings are more often expressed. Jeff Keller's Attitude is Everything, is another great book to read. Before I read this book, I thought it's going to be all about attitude (a person's behaviour, character as I understood it). It is all about attitude anyway, but a broader scope of it, one that I hadn't imagined and understood till I read the book. There's so much to learn, know, gain, from reading books. People who don't read books, or who hate reading are kinda dead in knowledge and such death most times reflects in their attitudes, which is a product of the vacuum in their mindsets. As I've done with the other books I've written about, I'll share a few of the many that can be learnt from Keller's book. • One's attitude is the person's window to the world.
