Keep repaying the evil with Good

The dichotomy that exists amongst a wise person and a completely ignorant and immature person is seen in the way both handle disagreements or issues with others.

If the later has an issue with you, instead of confronting you with the issue, such may rather seeks out those around you and tell your faults to them instead of, to you in order to garner cheap sympathy to themselves and also to tarnish your reputation. Well, if you have such persons around you, just keep accellerating higher than them by not succumbing to their mediocre level. Instead keep repaying the evil with GOOD.

You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. You may come across a good person, a sincere lover, who's interested in you, but you're not ready at that moment, and end up losing him to someone else who's ready.. You're not ready because of the negative configuration that your past relationship(s) has created for your mind and it really shows in your attitude (I personally always detect it no matter how much you try to hide it). You have to take responsibility for the outcomes of your past relationships. And by this, you take POSITIVE actions not to be a victim of such again. Look into yourself critically, you'll see the wrong choices you made that led to the failed relationship(s). Learn from it, and make a wiser choice when someone comes seeking your attention. I really wish I could say this out rather than have it written out. So help me read it out. Do It Yourself! I'm going to tell you something. Some years back, things were so difficult for my parents and us. It was the most difficult part of our lives. Then my dad lost entirely all his businesses. It was hard on him. Everything was gone. My mum had a clothing business she was doing. Everything was on her. Every responsibility was on her. She had entirely no choice but to carry this two-in-one cross herself. It came to a point where she had to take her lifeline. We were going to join in the struggle. I was ten while my younger brother was eight. She would give us part of the clothe to go through many streets to sell. Sometimes it took us hours to sell one of the clothes. People who stand for something are those who are consistent in their choices. Consistency helps build Reputation. Consistency helps build Result. Consistency is what we do repeatedly no matter what. The difference between EFFORT and EFFECT is Consistency. We cannot be consistent if we don't stand for something. Every organization is built on the service delivery and experience and this both is a derivative of consistency. It seems I have been interested in emotional themes for sometime now; anyway, it's cool understanding some stuffs about emotions. Happiness and You (Dopamine)

Hi Reader! Hope you're doing good? I was checking up on happiness and how it relates to the body and brain, chemically. I found some interesting stuffs that I'll love to share. There are four chemical substances that are related to happiness in the body: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins (DOSE). There could be more than four but these four are major. My interest today is on Dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which influences "reward-motivated behavior " in relation to happiness. By reward-motivated behavior, it is responsible for the excitement one feels when there's a task to be done with a reward attached. This reward can be a goal to be attained or landmark to be set.
