How You treat people reflects how You treat your soul

The way you treat people is a direct reflection of the way you treat your soul. The way you feel about someone tells more about you than about the person you are judging because the feelings are triggered within you and not from the external person. I am not who you think I am; You are who You think I am. We are all mirror reflections of each other. Everybody we meet along this journey of life has come to teach us some deep lessons. The friends that bring you intense pain are your true spiritual teachers and you should be eternally grateful for them. They expose those parts of you that need healing and growth; without them, we can't evolve. Most of us still have a lot of self loving and internal healing to do. Everyone seems to be severely damaged. You won't appreciate the suffering of others if you are yet to reconcile with your own internal injuries. It is only people who recognise the goodness in themselves that have the audacity to believe that everybody can be good. As with every other concept, it is not as straightforward as it sounds. It is deeply complex. Finally, the way you perceive this message has nothing to do with what I wrote or how I felt when I wrote it, it has 100% to do with your level of consciousness which is a reflection of the level of social programming and conditioning of your mind. Go inside and do the heart work. Go into solitude and let silence be your teacher.
