So I picked this movie as the first I'll write about on this label. I've watched lot of movies, deleted some, but this is one of those I find it difficult to delete. I just have to delete some others to create space for some more movies I want to watch.. This is one of the movies I'll recommend if you are looking for one to give you some motivation. Rags is a musical film, starring a number of characters, two of which are most outstanding. Charlie Prince (Max Schneider) and Kadee Worth (Keke Palmer) both got musical talents, but of different financial backgrounds. You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. It is toxic to the liver especially in those who consume large amount of sugar (the human body is not meant to consume so much fructose). Also, sugar is ADDICTIVE due to fructose. There was a 6% chance of dying when I was born and a scientific possibility I wouldn't live beyond 44.7 years. It was the statistically accepted figure of life expectancy at my birth. At the time, there was a 60% chance I wouldn't have a proper education as I grew up, given the literacy rate. The chance of studying a competitive course like Medicine in Obafemi Awolowo University was predictably slimmer. By fourth year, the probability I'd graduate only after resitting an exam or repeating a year soared by 50% when our class was split into two following an unprecedented failure. So, how do I start this post? Emmm... Okay, let me lay a foundation. First and foremost, my God is a Great God. Secondly, He is not a lazy God, and; Thirdly, He is thoughtful. He thinks things through, starting what He has already finished and finishing what He starts. I write this post this day to address no body else but my brothers and sisters in Christ. I have read through and through the Bible, and no where have I seen God prescribe Grace without Labour. No where.
