• We all have that one girl/guy that we can’t get and he/she has no idea you like him/her.

• When you are with the person you love most, every pain you have and every sadness you feel, fades away instantly.

• Most people are so lazy to LOVE, all the commitments and devotions involved is too much of a work.

• The only thing man lacks when it comes to women is: Patience. The only thing woman lacks when it comes to men is: Endurance.

• Dating an awkward person is less stressful. You laugh more and have more fun which improves quality of life and overall health.

• Keep smiling. You never know who is falling in love with it.

• Sometimes the best way to appreciate something is to be without it for a while.

• Eating your food slowly will help you lose weight, enjoy your food, reduce stress, and lead to better digestion.

• Some people aren't actually anti social, they're just very selective when it comes to the people they associate with.

• While you're busy looking for the perfect person, you'll probably miss the imperfect person who could make you perfectly happy.

They can even go to the extent of giving examples of people who have tried and failed. It is funny that the wrong people get themselves into leadership while the good people have no chance to perhaps because they have refused to cut corners and do all the negative maneuvers done by indecent people to get into leadership. This is my personal philosophy, I can't use wrong to achieve a good. If I have to do so many wrongs like bribing, rigging, killing, lying, deceiving to get into power because I have good intentions, I'd better kept my good intentions to myself than do such. Recently there has been a clamour for young people to lead, I buy this move but I still have great fears because young people in Nigeria are not ready for leadership. I say this because of what I have noticed over time, at least I get to talk to so many young people and the orientation is poor. We just have an improved version of mental and moral weakness compared to our current leaders. I had a post on the Love and Positivity Initiative – LPI, last week. I mentioned that I will talk about how one can be a part of this initiative, without contacting me. Like the post last week explained, the LPI is all about creating Positivity Leaders and Positivity Leadership among people. I believe that You can LEAD those who are close to you towards the path of Positivity. You don't have to be a Big or Titled Leader. Everyone is a Leader in Life. Everyone Leads at something! Many people are in relationships, pairing with someone for different reasons, quite obviously and commonly is that "some" people do for their own sexual gratification. Some do for the attention they can get; perhaps, their supposed pair is someone with class or high social background. Some do too for recognition. Some do for some bucks. Let the Evidence Confirm Your Belief

We all know how it plays out, when a person is arrested and taken to the Court. Usually, they are accused of a crime but considered Innocent, until proven Guilty. In court, the case is tried. The accusers (plaintiff) try to prove beyond reasonable doubt that they are guilty of the offence(s) they have been charged with, while the  lawyer(s) (the defendant) try to defend the accused and get them cleared of the charges. The Judge then passes a verdict of "guilt" or "discharged and acquitted" at the end of the trial depending on the amount of evidence for or against the accused. Normally, the accused will also be allowed to testify but ultimately, EVIDENCE is the chief determinant of the verdict to be passed. Now let's do something with this analogy I just pointed out. I will love to write a little science about airplanes being able to fly. I'll only give a basic summary of a more detailed science. Photo Credit: freepik.com Four forces act on a flying airplane: the LIFT acting upward, the WEIGHT acting downwards, the THRUST acting forward, and the DRAG acting backwards. The LIFT is the force that makes the airplane move upward, and it is balanced by an opposite force, the WEIGHT which the plane exerts downwards and which is as a result of the plane's weight including the weight of people and loads on the plane. The THRUST is the force that makes the plane move forward, and it is balanced by a resistance force, the DRAG. Thus, for a plane to move forward, the THRUST must be greater than the DRAG; and for the same plane to move upwards, the LIFT must be greater than the WEIGHT. You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. It is toxic to the liver especially in those who consume large amount of sugar (the human body is not meant to consume so much fructose). Also, sugar is ADDICTIVE due to fructose.
