Nobody Owns Anybody

If You connect one of your friends to another of your friends and they become closer to themselves than to You, do not become angry, jealous or envious. Maybe your role in the bigger picture was to be the bridge between them. Nobody can steal what is divinely meant for you and nobody owns anybody. Learn to love yourself and be confident in your greatness and destiny.

It can be painful and humiliating at times but we must learn to see the bigger picture and move on with humility. Their friendship may or may not be fruitful but it has nothing to do with You. Stop being needy and attaching yourself to people and things that are outside your soul. Rejoice for you are right where you should be. Move with grace and ease and keep spreading your Love wherever you go.

When David was going to kill Uriah, he gave two instructions to the commander of his army. He wrote: 1. Put him in the hottest part of the battle. 2. Withdraw from him in the heat of battle. It was the second command that killed Uriah, not the first. Uriah was a warrior. He was one of the mighty men of David. Such men loved the hottest part of the battle. What killed Uriah was not that he fought in the fiercest corner but that his company withdrew from him in the heat of battle. No matter how mighty you are in any area of life, you need a company. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. This is a Success Story shared by Olusola O'sola Fapohunda, a graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Akure. ----- In early 2010, I went with about four other guys in my department - to visit our level registration officer. We wanted to check our result. Each one of us, was with a paper and a pen. The lecturer in charge asked for our matriculation numbers and one after the other, he was reeling off grades, GPA and CGPA. He eventually got to me and I heard a digit that sounded like I've been shot. God! Me! 2.29. I and a friend discussed about this today, and he disagreed wholly, until I showed him the Word. I once used to pray like this whenever we were to go into an 'anointing service.' “We invite the Holy Spirit into this place.” “The Holy Spirit really showed up this morning!” If you have been a Christian for any amount of time, you have no doubt heard these expressions. Just two years after our marriage, my husband brought up the idea of asking his Mother to move from the rural hometown and spend her remaining years with us. His father passed away while he was still very young. His mum endured much hardship and struggled all on her own to provide for him, and see him through to the University.
