Nobody Owns Anybody

If You connect one of your friends to another of your friends and they become closer to themselves than to You, do not become angry, jealous or envious. Maybe your role in the bigger picture was to be the bridge between them. Nobody can steal what is divinely meant for you and nobody owns anybody. Learn to love yourself and be confident in your greatness and destiny.

It can be painful and humiliating at times but we must learn to see the bigger picture and move on with humility. Their friendship may or may not be fruitful but it has nothing to do with You. Stop being needy and attaching yourself to people and things that are outside your soul. Rejoice for you are right where you should be. Move with grace and ease and keep spreading your Love wherever you go.

Hi Reader! Hope you're doing good? I was checking up on happiness and how it relates to the body and brain, chemically. I found some interesting stuffs that I'll love to share. There are four chemical substances that are related to happiness in the body: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins (DOSE). There could be more than four but these four are major. My interest today is on Dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which influences "reward-motivated behavior " in relation to happiness. By reward-motivated behavior, it is responsible for the excitement one feels when there's a task to be done with a reward attached. This reward can be a goal to be attained or landmark to be set. It's just like something good is coming out from carrying out a task or action, or something new and exciting will be learnt or gained after undergoing an experience or completing a task. A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. It is another interesting movie to talk about. It's a dance movie starring Ryan Guzman (Sean Asa), Misha Gabriel (Eddy, co-leader of the Mob with Sean), Kathryn McCormick (Emily Anderson), Peter Gallagher (William Bill Anderson), among others. I think you guys will love the movie. As usual, I'll share the lessons I learnt from the movie. • It's really cool seeing the team Sean and Eddy put together. They brought different talented dancers together so they could express their voices as a team and make a bigger difference collectively. It's also great having a team of people who share same goals and who are committed. They didn't just gave themselves a voice, they also gave a lot of persons a voice and at the end, their voices were heard. Late night eating is a common habit that have become integrated into the lives of many people. Lot of persons work till late at night, and have to take late dinner. Even persons who are aware of its unhealthiness sometimes find it difficult to stop. However, everyone wants a healthy life and have to promote healthy eating to achieve that. Having late dinners, or snacking late at night may not really affect a night worker whose day is night and vice versa, but it's unhealthy for one who sleeps at night. At night, one doesn't expend much energy, and the body's metabolism is slower and thus, having late dinners, especially eating heavy food and overeating can result in weight gain, and increased blood sugar levels which can be a predisposition to chronic diseases, including heart attack and stroke.
