There are No Limits if You See No Limits

I have two sons. One of them loves food so much that he eats food even in advance. The other keeps his food and eats it slowly so that it lasts longer. I respect both of their choices. I love both of them.

This morning (on the day this was written) as I gave one of them bread and he ate, I found him keep coming for more. But the only one 'serving' I gave to the other was still with him; being managed, so that it wouldn't finish on time. Both are my sons. Both are dearly loved by me. Both have their choices respected. Their choices do not make me love either of them less.

Stop accusing those that want more from God and more from life, of greed. Stop accusing them for desiring much. That one is contented with less does not make the one that wants more covetous. The Father is not complaining. He's got more than enough...

You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. It is toxic to the liver especially in those who consume large amount of sugar (the human body is not meant to consume so much fructose). Also, sugar is ADDICTIVE due to fructose. You may come across a good person, a sincere lover, who's interested in you, but you're not ready at that moment, and end up losing him to someone else who's ready.. You're not ready because of the negative configuration that your past relationship(s) has created for your mind and it really shows in your attitude (I personally always detect it no matter how much you try to hide it). You have to take responsibility for the outcomes of your past relationships. And by this, you take POSITIVE actions not to be a victim of such again. Look into yourself critically, you'll see the wrong choices you made that led to the failed relationship(s). Learn from it, and make a wiser choice when someone comes seeking your attention. I really wish I could say this out rather than have it written out. So help me read it out. Do It Yourself! I'm going to tell you something. Some years back, things were so difficult for my parents and us. It was the most difficult part of our lives. Then my dad lost entirely all his businesses. It was hard on him. Everything was gone. My mum had a clothing business she was doing. Everything was on her. Every responsibility was on her. She had entirely no choice but to carry this two-in-one cross herself. It came to a point where she had to take her lifeline. We were going to join in the struggle. I was ten while my younger brother was eight. It seems I have been interested in emotional themes for sometime now; anyway, it's cool understanding some stuffs about emotions.
