Results OR Regrets?

Five Years from now, you will have either of two things;

– Results or
– Regrets

Results will happen because You followed your Passion and dreams, and refused to listen to or accept any excuse why you couldn't and shouldn't, (results like certificates, degrees, a happy home, your own company, books you have written, your own fashion house, lives you have touched, that dream house, dream car, dream political office, or career).

Regrets will happen because you denied yourself, you refused to pursue your dreams and follow your passion, you listened and accepted the excuses that people gave you about why you couldn't chase and achieve your dreams and why you shouldn't.

Which would you want to have in five years time? You know what to do.

A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. This part focuses on diet and eye health. Good eye health requires the consumption of nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, lutein, zeaxanthin, zinc, beta-carotene, vitamins A, C and E, etcetera. Deficiency of these nutrients contributes to poor eye health Food sources that are positive for eye health include; - Green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale and others - Fruits like citruses and berries (oranges, etcetera).
