Don't be a chicken shit that docks to avoid getting hit by stray bullet. Hardwork has never killed anybody, so is Wise work. You can be victorious only if you subdue the fear factor in you and the walls you put up around you.

People fail not because they are not capable nor cannot weather the storm but for a fact that they care a little too much about how and what other people feel about what they do or how they do it. They shut the door, shut themselves out of the world and hide inside their own mind and feel relaxed and comfortable right there – their perfect get away horizon of solitude.

Live and do the things that matters to you and for you, like nobody is watching even if some or they all are (it doesn't matter). What matters is you, how you feel and how what you are doing makes you feel!

You are the most important person in the world. Stop holding back and go for it. Stop selling yourself short.

This part focuses on diet and eye health. Good eye health requires the consumption of nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, lutein, zeaxanthin, zinc, beta-carotene, vitamins A, C and E, etcetera. Deficiency of these nutrients contributes to poor eye health Food sources that are positive for eye health include; - Green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale and others - Fruits like citruses and berries (oranges, etcetera). I am skinny and I don't like cold. My lips quiver, my speech seizes, my nose shoots out mucus with every sneeze and I think my metabolism stops too, except my kidneys. It starts to produce urine like a liquor factory. The toilet must be within few paces away. Where there's no toilet, I can't handle myself when you put me in a cool room. My feet grow numb, I may have to postpone my presence at a meeting or a discussion to use the bath or the bush. I can cope with no fan or air conditioner all year long. Just give me a damn sweater and a wooly duvet, I'll be good for all seasons! But there is another type of cold I've grown used to. Everyone's trying to be truly happy, and everyone surely deserves that, because there's no life without happiness. But a lot of persons are much unhappy inside than they seem to be. Love originates from the soul and can only be given, felt, received and appreciated by the soul. Love is our essence, love is wisdom, and love is a spiritual concept. If God is love and God is a spirit, then love must be a spirit and loving must thus be a spiritual activity at its core. We find it impossible to love because we live from the mind. The mind functions on logic and reason but love has no reason or logic to it, that's why true love is inexpiable and most times seems like foolishness to people of the world. The mind is continually seeking for a reason to love and it has criteria for qualifying and disqualifying people for love. True love is blind to such logic because you don't need a reason to love anybody; you love because it is natural to do so.
