Think Generational Blessing

You see that thing you call Generational Curse???

It is more "mental" than it is "diabolical".

Just as offsprings inherit some disease conditions from their parents after an intercourse, so your children inherit limitations unknown to you, when you share that limiting belief story – When you mostly share the hard part of situations with them all in the bid for you to help them develop "character";  when you are always against them taking risk; when you impose the dream in your head on them without giving room for their passion; when you use all manner of negative words on them especially when they make mistakes all in the name of "Correction".

Yeah.... that is when they are really cursed generationally.

Most importantly when you give all your Golden most treasured all important advice to them only from the context of the olden times, culture or religion (though very important) without a look at the contemporary times... Yeah.., that is when they are really cursed generationally.

Just as you always think generational curses, please you can be a Generational Blessing to your children and community when you do the reverse of the above.

2018 is here... Break every yoke...

Yesterday (on the day this was written), I watched Pastor Chris Oyakilome live as he preached. He used his iPad to read out scriptures. Later in the day, I saw a post on Instagram, and one guy like that insulted Pastor Chris for using iPad, instead of his Bible. I laughed at the man's ignorance. I remember an Uncle of mine was invited to a Church. He went there with his iPad, and someone asked him: "Sir, where is your Bible?” He showed him his 10.1 inches Pad. “But Sir,” he said, “This is not a Bible, this is iPad, you need to carry your Bible. You're not a good preacher, if you don't preach with your Bible," one of the pastors said. Now this is my point: Before the advent of printing press, the scriptures were originally written on a scroll! The ten commandments were written on a stone! Not on a Book called “Holy Book”. WAEC result was out and all of my friends took an early trip to the cyber café to print theirs out. It was 2006. We didn't have smart phones to plug us into their website. In a few hours, friends were already calling the landline we had at home. A very brilliant friend, one I had a heavy crush on, called to say she had Bs in all the important subjects and more.
