If You are determined to achieve something, nothing and nobody can stop you except your very own self. If you truly want to find love, you must be ready to weather all the storms and temptations that come with the process. You must be wise enough to identify time-wasters, broken enough to know when someone isn't ready for you, and patient enough to wait for the one whose soul complements your own.
When you finally realise who you are, you will have to shed the excess weight that has held you bondage for all these years.

The baggage we carry are programmes imposed by the world on every newborn baby and is reinforced till they become adults. Question everything that you have been taught and question your own questions. If you are determined to make a change, you will have to endure the pains that comes with resetting your belief system and your usual way of thinking and acting. This process will shake your soul to its very core and leave you completely empty with nowhere to go and nothing to do.

When you get to this point, inner peace and love will appear from nowhere to guide you on the rest of your journey. The world will be your oyster and angels will protect you till you take your last breath.

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. I have seen lots of articles with the quote: "If you don't follow your dreams, you'll end up working for someone who did", but there is something about this statement I don't agree with... Hi Reader! Hope you're doing good? I was checking up on happiness and how it relates to the body and brain, chemically. I found some interesting stuffs that I'll love to share. There are four chemical substances that are related to happiness in the body: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins (DOSE). There could be more than four but these four are major. My interest today is on Dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which influences "reward-motivated behavior " in relation to happiness.
