You're not here to face reality, you're here to create reality because if you don't, nobody will.

It's not enough breaking the rules, you've got to be strong enough to making your own rules and follow suite.

Truth be told, Lazy people are the most boring people on earth. All they do is talk about failed systems and how things could be better if this happen or that happens. They never move up the talk to how can we set things better?

People who wait for their dreams to be validated by others would never achieve anything in life.

Infact, a dream waiting to be validated by the external is internally incapable.
Don't just sit there and wish, shape your future with the tools of today. Nobody will do that for you! As a matter of fact, everybody is too busy facing their life that they have time less enough to sit with you and wail about wishful thinking.

Don't just dream about Success, work hard or smart for it!

Success is a result of consistency in actions towards a specific goal.

So if you're out there.... Get Busy!

Excuses are not results.
Get out there and do something.

You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. It is toxic to the liver especially in those who consume large amount of sugar (the human body is not meant to consume so much fructose). Also, sugar is ADDICTIVE due to fructose. Let the Evidence Confirm Your Belief

We all know how it plays out, when a person is arrested and taken to the Court. Usually, they are accused of a crime but considered Innocent, until proven Guilty. In court, the case is tried. The accusers (plaintiff) try to prove beyond reasonable doubt that they are guilty of the offence(s) they have been charged with, while the  lawyer(s) (the defendant) try to defend the accused and get them cleared of the charges. The Judge then passes a verdict of "guilt" or "discharged and acquitted" at the end of the trial depending on the amount of evidence for or against the accused. Normally, the accused will also be allowed to testify but ultimately, EVIDENCE is the chief determinant of the verdict to be passed. Now let's do something with this analogy I just pointed out. About two months ago, a lady walked into the office and demanded for my time. We sat and exchanged pleasantries. I can’t forget it easily, her voice texture happened to be one of the finest I've had conversations with that time, well filtered. I have read lots of interview questions and answers online before then like I was going to get a 10 million naira job. Staying without job for a year was the lowest point of my life.
