Leadership is a trust conferred upon by others. To earn this trust, you must be true to yourself.

Leadership development is a lifetime journey, not a brief trip. Leadership emerges in response to situations that require the very best you have to offer.

Leadership isn't about titles, positions, or flowcharts. It's about one life influencing another.

One from a family with high personal and moral values may not agree with the other who has his or her own values, and who feels they are justified and right. Don't consider age when instilling discipline in your kids, rather consider their maturity. Some kids are smarter than normal for their age and should be corrected early enough if not you may be tempted to think they are still children not knowing they are learning fast and developing character. Try and discern difference among your kids. If a method worked for one doesn't mean it must work for the other. Identify the ones that need more attention and give such more attention so that they can catch up with the others and gain independence. I dislike it when I see Godly parents having ungodly kids. Your children are a reflection of your level of spiritual responsibility. Teach them how to comport themselves in church, don't always have that attitude that they are kids, and leave them. No! Sir James Dyson is a British inventor, industrial designer and the founder of Dyson company. He's presently 70 years old (born in 1947). He was involved in some inventions including the sea truck in 1970, the Ballbarrow (his first original invention) and the Wheelboat, which can travel on both land and water. James Dyson is best know for inventing the Dual Cyclone bagless vacuum cleaner, the world's first bagless vacuum cleaner. Before it's invention, the hoover vacuum was in use but this vacuum had a dust bag which get clogged with dust and this affects its performance, as it losses suction.
